Chapter 8

I lay down on my bed for the first time in i dont know how long. I sigh remembering i couldnt sit here long. Before i could get up Luke jumps on my bed sending me into the floor.

"Ouch." I groan and Luke quickly grabs my hand and pulls me up.

"I'm so sorry Payton." He says and i smile at him.

"It was kinda fun." I tell him and he laughs smiling back.

"Your weird." he says crawling onto my bed. I laugh before laying beside him resting my head on his chest.

"Thank you." I mumble and he giggles.

"Your perfect did you know that?" He asks and i look up at him.

"I've been told." I tell him and he rolls his eyes. We sit there for the longest time before Luke says something that kinda scared me.

"Do you think... that we could be together.. forever?" He says and i sigh.

"One day I'm going to die Luke. You know that." I say softly. I feel him shift a little under me. I move so I'm face to face with him.

"Luke... I love you. Okay? But i come from a long line of vampire hunters. None of which ever fell in love with there vampire best friend. They will kill me Luke."

"I'll protect you." He whispers and i smile softly at him.

"And you'll get killed." I state and he sighs.

"I want to be with you though.. forever." He tells me and i chuckles a little.

"Then when the time is right I'll let you change me." I whisper and he looks at me like i grew two heads.

"You will?" He asks and i nod. He wraps his arms around me pulling me into a hug.

"I love you Payton." He whispers

"I love you Luke. Forever and Always."

I take a deep breath as the music starts and Kyah and I start to walk down the aisle. I look out at the place her and Ash picked out. A beautiful garden. I look over at her and smile.

"You ready?" I ask and she nods.

"I'm ready. " She tells me as we pass the people in the peirs.

"Who gives this women?" The preacher says. Ash looks over at me and smiles.

"Her best friend." I say putting Kyah hand in Ash's. I walk over to Shania and Ally. Ally was already tearing up. I smile at her shaking my head. As soon as they started there vows i start to cry. And of course Ash had to bring up how they met.

"Kyah, the day i met you, you were wearing my favorite bands t-shirt. You were standing with my best friend, Payton. And when she introduced you i didnt hear a thing she said cause i was admiring exactly beautiful you were. I thank god every day that i have you. Because with out you i would be lost. I love you Kyah. Forever and Always." Ash tells her and i smile at the end. That was the saying we used to use when we were kids and would get in fights and then make up.

"Your turn Kyah." The preacher says and she looks over at me. I nod at her giving her a encouraging smile.

"The day i met you Ashton was the day i knew i found the one for me. Yes you can be annoying.. yes you can be a handful. But i couldnt think of anyone i would rather wake up next to each morning. I love you and i always will love you. Becuase your my other half. Your my missing peice. And i'm so happy i found you." Kyah says and i wipe my eyes slightly.

"Rings please." The preacher says. I walk over to Kyah and hand her the ring as Luke hands the other one to Ash.

"Ashton do you take Kyah to be your wife?"
