Chapter 13

"Payton?" A voice says into my ear. I groan turning over only to hit something, or someone.

"Payton??" The voice says and I peel my eyes open.

"Luke if you dont leave me alone. " I groan and he laughs move over so he was hovering over me.

"What you gonna do?"  he asks and I open my eyes. He smirks at me before kissing me softly. It was the first kiss we had had in forever and it felt so good to kiss him again.

"Nothing," I breath out as he pulls away. He giggles and plays with my hair.

"Ashton is really sorry you know." he tells me, that's when all the memories come flooding back. Ashton was yelling at me. I ran away but I don't remember coming back.

"Wait. I don't remember coming back." I state and Luke smiles.

"I found you. You were asleep." He states and I play with his hair.

"My hero." I mumble and he giggles at me.

"Yeah well Ash wants to apologize." He says getting off the bed. I groan when he grabs my arm and pulls me up with him.

"I don't accept his apology." I say and Luke crosses his arms.

"Hear him out." he says and I shake my head. I was being very hard headed but I didn't care Ash never ever yells at me.

"Why? He has never yelled at me Luke! It hurt my feelings! " I cry and he frowns.

"I know babe! " He says and I frown.

"Then stop pressing it! " I say and he looks down.

"I'm sorry Payt I just want you to have your best friend." he says and I nod.

"I understand Luke but it hurt." I state and he looks at me apologetic.

"Payton. He is your best friend.. he loves you. You've always been there for him. He needs you. And I know you need him." Luke says standing in between my legs.

"Lukkkkkeeeyyyy" I whine and he chuckles.

"Payyyttttonnnn. Go get ready," he mocks pushing me towards the bathroom door. I pout at him before shutting the door. I sigh looking into the mirror, i take my hair down out of its messy bun and jump in the shower. After that i get out and change into a pair of skinny jeans and The 1975 band - t. I open my door and walk down stairs. Kyah and Ally were sitting on bar stools in the kitchen. And the boys were talking in the living room. But Shania was no where to be seen.

"Guys? Where's Shania?" I ask walking into the living room. They look up at me and shrug, but when Calum seen my weird face he got to his feet.

"Maybe we should go look for her?" Calum suggests and i nod. I walk into the kitchen and grip the sink side. I felt like i was going to faint, i had to many thought floating around in my head. I feel arms go around my waist.

"Babe you okay?" Luke asks holding me tighter to his check. I take a deep breath and nod slightly. He kisses my head. "We're going to find her." He whispers in me ear.

"What if we're to late?" I ask in a hushed voice. He looks down at me and frowns.

"Payton.." He whispers putting a piece of hair behind my ear,He kisses me softly and i smile up at him.

"We're never to late." He whispers and i nod. He laces our figures together and pulls me into the living room again.

"Payton.. I'm sorry." Ash says grabbing my waist to stop me with walking passed him.

"Ash.." I say softly looking down at the ground. "Its okay..." I say and he smiles at me. He wraps his arms around me and picks me up twirling me around.

"Now to find Shania." Calum says tossing me my crossbow.
