Summer
They say summer is good.
You'll be free from homework.
You can sleep in.
There's no more teachers.
They say summer is the best thing ever.
But what about you?
I won't see you for 90 days.
Don't you think that's gonna be hard?
You may find a new Juliet,
And you'll be her Romeo.
When we all come back,
I won't even matter anymore.
I thought I was special,
But that can change in 90 days.
I don't think my heart can last that long without you.
I'll see some friends,
But I won't see you.
I will still feel lonely and empty
And without you for 90 days.
I don't think I'll make it.
But that won't matter to you.
You'll be off with Juliet,
Living your life along without me.
They say summer is good.
You'll be free from homework.
You can sleep in.
There's no more teachers.
They say summer is the best thing ever.
But me without you for 90 days?
I won't matter.
You'll move on.
It's coming one of those days.
So I must prepare and try to hold on.
