"What a Cute Family"

"Do you wanna talk about?" After what happened Ethan drove me to his place, since I didn't want to be alone at the time. I sat sitting on partly folded leg and the other one was hanging on the edge of the bed.

Ethan had his whole body on his bed, one leg over the other as he was a little on his side with his hands folded together. I crossed my arms over my chest and shrugged.

"It was okay at the beginning, besides the fact that he called me sexy. I didn't mind him calling me that since it was a compliment, but he only called me sexy for how I dressed."

"The whole ride there he only talked about himself, then when we went to the restaurant he ordered for me and I didn't even get a say. That's when the girl came over and spilled her smoothie on me. I felt ugly, worthless, and so stupid."

"I actually thought a guy was interested in me, but I was dumb enough to believe that." I wiped away some of the tears that were pooling in my eyes.

"Tums don't say that, you're a beautiful girl and guys are just so stupid, but you will find someone. You should get some sleep though." He stood up stretching." I didn't even realize that he called me Tums.

"Where are am I sleeping?" I asked him also standing up.

"You can sleep on the bed, and I can just sleep on the floor." He said laying down on his "bed".

"Are you sure?" I asked feeling bad.

"Yes T, I'm very sure." He chuckled laying down. I laid down wrapping the dark gray covers over my body.

"You know E you're actually a pretty great person." I yawned, slowly going into full darkness and silence.

I started rolling around a little, opening my eyes.

"Morning." I rolled to the side of the bed and saw Ethan staring up at the ceiling.

"Morning." Ethan looked at me and smiled.

"How did you sleep?" I asked him, since he gave up his comfiest bed for me.

"Terrible, my back hurts so bad." I threw a pillow at him.

"You're such an ass!" I rolled back over to check my phone.

3 missed calls from "mom".

6 missed calls from "Laney".

6 missed calls from "Dani".

Surprisingly I have no texts from anyone.

"Did no one text me last night?" I asked Ethan seeing him stretch.

"Oh uh yea, the girls kept blowing your phone up so I just gave a short story on what happened, I hope you don't mind." He said.

"It's fine." I didn't feel like texting anyone anyways.

"What about my mom?" I asked.

"I just told her that you stayed with Dani and Laney and you lost track of time." He said resting his hand on his hips. I nodded and got up.

"Thanks Ethan." I said while hugging him, he hugged me back and pulled away.

"Let's get some breakfast." He said.

"I-I didn't bring any money." I replied.

"Tate stop I'm the one offering so I'm the one paying." He said holding my shoulders, I nodded as I thought about the way his hands felt on my shoulders. It felt like fire on my shoulders, but it felt good. I quickly shook my head getting rid of the thoughts.
