Chapter 34: Detentions, giants and parties

April had passed and before the students of Hogwarts knew it May was upon them, gracing the students with warmer weather and longer nights.
One particular morning Olivia had stumbled into the Great Hall for breakfast, Fred, George and Lee Jordan in tow as the four had returned from their night long detention. Olivia had her arm hooked around Freds neck as she inhaled his scent and smiled dreamily, "Freddie?"
"Yes Livvy?" Fred asked, just as tired as the girl he was supporting.
"You smell like rain."
George and Lee laughed tiredly, "Thanks Livvy."
"That's your welcome!" She beamed, almost tripling over her own two feet.
Fred found himself unable to support the girl any further as he spotted her Slytherin friends sat at the breakfast table looking worried. He pointed her in the direction she needed to go and watched as she stumbled over and collapsed in a heap on a chair next to Draco.
Draco sighed in relief, "Where the hell have you been?"
"Hello to you too handsome." She giggled, reaching out and playing with his hair.
"Are you–? Is she drunk?" Blaise asked incredulously, pointing his spoon between the two.
Olivia's head rolled back as she closed her eyes, "I'm tired."
Serena sat down and sighed, "I couldn't find her anywhere and–" She looked up to see Olivia trying to spread her brown hair onto Draco's, "–Oh no."
"What?" Blaise and Draco asked, the platinum blond blowing Olivia's hair from his face.
"She's been up all night." She groaned.
"How'd you know?"
"She's over tired."
Draco looked down to see Olivia's eyes closed, her head resting on his shoulder. He shook her gently as she hummed, "Love, where've you been?"
"Detention with Filch."
"All night?" Blaise asked.
She nodded largely, "Since seven last night."
Draco shook his head, "Well that answers that."
Blaise frowned, "Answers what?"
"She's had no sleep you moron, can't do a day full of classes. Reckon she needs to go to bed."
"Oh right, yeah."
"Give me a hand here mate?" Draco asked as Olivia began to relax in the boy's shoulder.
Blaise nodded as he met Draco at the end of the table, looping her arm around his shoulder he helped the boy carry her back to the Common Room.

"Oh shove off Lee." Olivia commented as her, Lee Jordan and the Twins came in from the courtyard.
"It's absolutely true." The boy basked, "I am the best Quidditch commentator known to this school."
Fred elbowed Olivia, "Yeah you were made commentator because of how shockingly horrid you were at the sport."
"But a brilliant prankster." The boy pointed.
George put his arms over Olivia and his brothers shoulders, "Ah but not as good as us, just you wait Lee."
