Chapter 7- Master Funbi

Sei's PoV

I didn't wash the dishes today because Shuji-nim told me that someone will be mad at him if he let me wash the dishes today so I just waited for him. He was about to start washing the dishes when someone called him. Both of us looked at him and to my surprise it's Master Funbi

Shuji-nim went to her and I somewhat understand what they are talking about even if they are far from me with their low voices

"Why are you the one washing the dishes?" Master Funbi asked with her cold voice

"No one will wash the dishes and I am your butler while the 3 of you are my masters so I must do my job" Shuji-nim explained

There was silence between them until Master Funbi spoke that made the both of us surprised

"I will wash the dishes until she gets well"

"But Master! You can't wa-"

"I will wash the dishes. Get some rest for now and I'll handle the dishes. Also tell Sei to rest. Don't tell her anything about this"

With that, Shuji-nim called me and I went where they are. I greeted Master Funbi and as usual she just looked at me then left. Shuji-nim called my name which got my attention

"You should go to your room and rest. I will wash the dishes so don't worry" Shuji-nim said which made me just nod because I know he won't

"Okay but can you go first. I will just get something to drink" I lied

At first he hesitated but agrees then he left and went upstairs

I thought he's going to wash the dishes? Shuji-nim isn't good with lies

I went to the kitchen secretly and there I saw Master Funbi washing the dishes

She tied her hair up in a ponytail and it really suits her. She should tie her hair like that always

I slowly walk to reach her then I back hugged her which made her flinch

I expected that she will scold me coldly but no. She just let me be

I rested my head on her arms since she's taller than me and I need to tip toe to reach her shoulder

I look to check her face and it is definitely the cutest thing I saw this day

She still has her straight face but with her ponytail on, it's cute

"Why are you here?" she asked while washing her hands because she's done "Didn't I told Shuji Jibsa to let you rest?"

"He did told me that but I just want to drink some water then I saw you" I answered

I let go of her but she pulled me again to hug me face to face

"M-master F-funbi?" I called nervously because my heart is beating fast

She didn't respond

You could only hear the birds chirping and the clock tick-tocking

She broke the silence by asking "Would you leave again and chose her?"

Huh?

"What do you me-"

"Sei" a voice called and I looked who it is

"Master Ketsuki" I whispered while looking at her

Why do I feel like having a deja vu?

"Sei, I...I have to tell you something" she said shyly "In private"

I hesitated at first but then an idea came up

"Can Master Funbi come along?" I asked

Both of them looked at me surprised. Yes both. Even Master Funbi

"Why?" Master Ketsuki asked confused

"She told me that we'll be doing something afterwards" I answered then I look at Master Funbi who is looking at me "Right Master?"

She didn't respond at first but then she nods then she beamed a smile at me

Wait..

Did she really just smile?
