This time, it's Our Chance

THE DATE!!! FINALLY! Part 1

I have set up everything, of course, with the help of the people I learned to love here sa Isla.

They were too eager to help me maybe because they knew the whole story and what I feel for the girl who's currently resting sa kubo namin.

Tonight will be the night that I will finally tell her what I really feel for her.

Mejo kinakabahan ako pero AJA! Kaya to!

Sinipat ko yung relo ko and saw it's almost 5 in the afternoon. The surprise will start at 6 pm. I still have time to freshen up.

So I waved over kila Ka Mira and yelled my thanks habang papunta ako sa Kubo para maglinis ng katawan at magbihis.

I made sure na hindi magigising yung prinsesa ko. Kahapon ko pa nainform sila Alwyn about dito sa gagawin ko and all out support naman sila.

Si Terry nga maluha-luha pa nung kausap ko siya sa phone.

Hahaha! Binata na daw ako sabi niya.

Sus! Ang ganda ko kaya?!

Hahaha!

Time check: 5:45pm.

Alright time to wake up the princess.

I went over to her room and silently left a note and a stem of white rose on the table right next to her. I gently tap her shoulder and whispered to her to get up.

I watched as she moved indicating she was waking up and then I slowly went out of the house.

I'm wearing silk black pants with black beach sandals and White linen long-sleeved shirt.

I left her a wrap-up white dress just above her knee with matching beach sandals as well.

Para partner kami diba? :D

Not too long, I saw her coming out of the Nipa Hut wearing the dress and that smile I fell in love with for the first time.

She really is so gorgeous.

I offered my hand and she willingly accepted it.

We then walked to the small meadow where everything was set up.

It wasn't anything extravagant.

I just want everything to be peaceful.

Yung kami lang dalawa.

As I hold her hand, we trekked the path going to the meadow while we were being lighted by little lanterns hanging on each tree branch.

Syempre inayos nila Ka Mira para sa event na to.

I took a glance kay Steph and her face is full of amazement and wonder.

"Franchesca! Saan ba tayo pupunta?," di niya napigilang itanong.

Ngumiti ako at, "Nagusutuhan mo ba mga nakikita mo?"

Tumango siya at inikot muli ng tingin ang buong paligid.

"Sandali na lang. Malapti na tayo sa destinasyon natin."

Nung natanaw ko na yung bukana ng meadow, huminto ako at humarap kay Steph.

"Bebe gurl, pikit ka. Sorpresa kase tong ipapakita ko sayo", medyo nahihiya kong banggit sa kanya. Feeling ko medyo namumula pa ako habang sinasabi sa kanya to.

First time kong gumawa ng ganito para sa isang tao.

Ang dami ko ng first time kasama si Steph.

Tinitigan niya muna ako ng matiim kasabay ng pagtaas niya ng kilay.

Harujusko naman!

Mukhang magtataray at sasaniban pa ata siya ng kaabnormalan ngayon.

Lord wag naman sana. Please!

Matapos ang ilang buwan......este segundo pala, pumikit na din siya.

Whew! Tong babaeng to......pinakaba ako!

Dahan dahan kong nilagay yung piring sa mga mata niya. Naramdaman kong mejo natense siya kaya marahan kong hinawakan yung mukha niya ng dalawang palad ko.

"Wag kang matakot. Magtiwala ka lang sa akin," bulong ko. Agad naman narelax yung katawan ni Steph at dahan-dahan ko siyang inakay papunta sa inihanda namin nila Ka Mira.

It was a simple Set up.

Right underneath the biggest tree is a spread-out blanket with pillows on the corner and a set of food in the middle.

Across the branches of the trees surrounding the set-up are lanterns hanging by a line that illuminated the whole surrounding.

I stopped at the edge of the blanket and look at Steph.

I slowly took off the blindfold and let then wait until she opened her eyes...
