Maria's Point Of View

"Let's play a twisted game." Ellie says, and I instantly shot Zach a concerned look.

"E, I don't think we should-"

"Maria. I know what I'm doing." She says, and flips her hair over her shoulder.

"Can't wait for this." Erin giggles, who was cuddled up next to Jonah.

"I'm afraid, to be honest." And the cute new couple laughed.

"Truth or Dare Jack?" Ellie smiles.

All eyes turn to the curly haired boy, and he faintly bit his lip.

"Truth." He says, smiling.

"What a rebel." Ashley mutters, and we all giggle.

"Have you ever kissed that... girl? Aspen, was it?" Ellie asks, batting her eyelashes. The room grew quiet as no response escaped Jack's mouth.

"Jack, you don't have to-" Corbyn begins, but Jack interrupts him.

"Yes." Jack says, unable to make eye contact with anyone. "I have."

I notice Corbyn give Ashley a concerned look, and she nods her head and lays one of her hands on his.

"Did you ever do more than just kiss?" Ellie asks, her eyes burning as she looked at Jack.

"Yes." Jack muttered, looking at the ground.

"What did you do, Jack?" Ellie spat, and I noticed something off about Jack. He looked like he was wiping away a tear.

"E, I think we should stop." I cut in, standing up.

"You can, if you'd like to, Maria. But I'm just playing an innocent game at the second." She looks up at me and smiles, as though she wasn't obviously bringing back painful memories to an innocent boy. "Jack, answer my question." She says, poking him on the side.

"Ellie, I-" Jack starts, gently putting a hand on his side, where Ellie had just poked him.

"Jack, you seriously don't have to." I say again, walking over to him.

"Maria! What is it with you tonight? We're just playing a game." Ellie says, looking at me as though I should sit back down.

"He's hurting." I say, gesturing to Jack. Ellie looks at him, then back at me.

"It's just a game." She says again.

"Ellie! What the-" I begin, when I hear Zach's voice from the hallway. I loved the sound of his voice, it made me feel so happy.

"Jack! I need your money bro." He calls, ducking his head around the corner of the hall. Jack immediately stands up and walks over to find his wallet in the kitchen, and I turn to Zach and smile. He smiles back, and he winks at me.

They both walk to the front door, where we can't see them.

"Ellie, I need to tell you something." Ashley said, and she looked at Corbyn for reassurance of some sort and he nodded. She then leaned in and told Ellie something, and Ellie's hand shot up to her mouth. Her eyes instantly became glassy, and she stood up and ran towards the hallway. I could hear her footsteps, heavy as they pounded on the stairs.

Tea's Point of View

I held him, tighter than ever before. His hands were warm on my skin, and his fingers etched flaming lines of electricity wherever they trailed. I looked up at him, at his incredible blue eyes, and I reached one of my hands up to his face.
"Don't worry about her, Daniel. I'll make sure she doesn't touch you again." I whisper, and he smiles a small smile, his eyes flickering from mine to my lips.

"What did I do to deserve you." He says, smiling down at me.

"You deserve more than me." I say back, and there was a moment. His eyes locked with mine, and in that second, when my head was resting on the end of Daniel's bed, lying in his arms, he smiled his gorgeous smile at me, and he leaned in.

His lips locked with mine, and I had never felt more alive in my entire life. It really was magical.

Daniel Seavey was the best thing that ever happened to me.

Ellie's Point of View

I neared the door to Jack and Daniel's room, and the second the door flew open I flung myself to the floor.

"Ellie?" I could hear Tea say, and I looked up. Tea looked shocked, one of Daniel's arms around her waist.

"I'm so sorry." I managed to say, but tears found their way out of my eyes and onto my cheeks.

Suddenly, the door flew open again, to reveal an older man who looked furious. I turned my head to Daniel, but I was unable to ask anything. Tea looked even more confused than I was, and Daniel stood up so fast.

"Dave, what are you doing here?" Daniel says, stressed out, and Tea and I exchanged confused looks.

"You ruined my daughter." The man says, and he steps close towards Daniel, who, for once, looked upset. He looked afraid and scared and intimidated. Suddenly, Dave grabs Daniel's shirt tightly. "She's crying her eyes out because of what you said."

"Dave, what are you talking about? I haven't talked to Aspen, I promise!"

"Yes, Daniel James Seavey, you did. I tell you what, if you keep lying to me, I swear-"

"I didn't tell her anything!" Daniel says, sounding helpless.

I sat there, on the floor, shocked. I wanted to scream 'let him go!', but I couldn't bring myself to say anything. This was his manager, if I remembered correctly.

"She told me you said that you had found the most perfect girl, and that it wasn't her. You told her that she would never be as perfect as this girl." Dave let go of Daniels shirt, and then pushed him towards the ground with so much force I heard something crack.

"Who do you think you are!?" Tea yells at Dave, standing up.

"Are you the perfect girl Daniel was speaking to my daughter about?" Tea didn't reply, she didn't know what to say.

"What the hell are you doing here!?" Tea screams again. "You can leave if you want to treat Daniel like that." She spits, and he glares at her, his eyes growing cold.

"Who do you think you are, stupid girl?" He says, stepping towards Tea.

"Dave, leave her alone." Daniel says, standing up.

"Is she the perfect girl?" Dave growls, pointing at Tea. She tried to back away, but Dave grabbed her by the hand. Daniel didn't say anything, but he tried to step towards Tea. Dave pushed him away again, but Daniel regained his balance.

"Daniel, is she the perfect girl?"

And the room grew silent, as Daniel said the words that changed our worlds forever.

"Yes, Dave. She's my perfect girl."
