Maria's Point Of View

I just look at him, disappointed.

"Maria, it's like what Tea said, it's not what it looked like." He said, not making eye contact with me as he slipped his tank over his head.

"I barely know you Zach, how do I know you're not lying?" I ask, taking a step closer to him.

"I could say the same to you." And in that moment he looks at me, and I started to get lost in his beautiful brown eyes. Suddenly, he steps closer to me and turns his frown into a small smile, and he laces his fingers through mine. I look back up at him, and he whispers, barely audible; "But I choose to believe you."

I had never held onto someone so tight before this night. And the only person I realised I ever needed was the person who was holding me right now.

Tea's Point Of View

Daniel walked over to his wardrobe, and he brought out a guitar. I couldn't help but gasp at the sight of the Taylor GS mahogany full-sized acoustic guitar- one that I had wanted for ages, and Daniel was holding it in his hands.

"You play the guitar?" I ask, shocked. This was a pleasant surprise.

"I play a lot of things." He laughs and sits down on the bed again. "Guitar, piano, cello, recorder, saxophone, violin, viola, bass." He laughs.

"Wow. You are more dedicated to music than I am." I laugh to myself and look down at my feet. This boy was so perfect- how the hell was I privileged enough to be sitting next to him?

"Do you play an instrument?" He asks, fiddling around with the strings on his guitar.

"Yeah, actually. Almost as many as you." I smile, and he looks over at me, intrigued. "Almost." I repeat.

"Which ones?" He asks excitedly, and he stops fiddling with the guitar.

"I mainly play violin, guitar and piano, but I can also play viola, recorder, clarinet and ukulele. And the xylophone, xylophone's are fun." I laugh, and he looks at me in awe. "Don't act so surprised. I mean, look at you for crying out loud." I say, and we both laugh.

"I also like to sing." He says, not taking his eyes off me. He clears his throat. "A lot." He smiles.

"Me too." I smile back at him.

"I want to show you something, but you promise you won't judge?" He says as he picks up his guitar again.

"I'm not a judgemental person." I smile, and he smiles too. Before I know it, he begins to play his guitar. The second he began to play, I literally looked at him in awe. He was just so damn good! His fingers moved so quick that it didn't even look like he was strumming, and he began to finger pick so perfectly and effortlessly that my jaw dropped instantly.

"I need a little casual conversation girl, with you. And you aint gotta worry bout a thing no more, 'cause baby I got the keys for us," He sang, and I literally felt fireworks go off through my blood. He was so incredible, and his voice was so perfect it made me want to cry.

"How bout I pick you up at nine, meet me outside baby it's a vibe." He looked up at me and winked, and I could feel my heart melting. Damn, he was so, so incredible. "Roll down the windows we can fly, I can see the stars, baby, in your eyes. And I can't wait no more."

He looked up at me again and he stared straight into my eyes. "Baby 'cause I like you, you like me, let's just get together. I like you, you like me, you don't need no invitation girl." And he finishes it off with some incredible finger-picking.
