Mash It Up

Me, Mal, Evie, Freddie, Jordan, Jane, Audrey, Allie and Lonnie are in Jordan's lamp. I sit in between Freddie and Jordan.

"Ooooh, I'm so happy to be in these genie outfits again." Audrey smiles.

"But...where are ours?" Jane asks.

"I haven't been able to settle on a design for you guys, yet. Besides, I'm back order." Jordan is always smiling.

"Works for me. I'm not really much of a 'genie chic' type. I consider myself a little more...Wonderland unique." Allie smiles.

"Okay, people! This is crunchtime. Auradon prep's annual Fighting Knight's ball is coming up and we still don't have a theme for the party!" Jordan announces.

"Oooh, I know! Let's do a pretty, pretty princess theme." Audrey squeals.

"We did that last year! And the year before. And the year before." Wowza. Allie does have a good memory.

"I have an idea." Mal says.

"Let me guess, you want everyone to wear purple." Audrey scoffs.

"No. Yes!" Mal makes me giggle.

"What about a "who's the fairest" party? It'll be a competition. The winner will get everything and the loser will get nothing." Why, Evie?

"That sounds mean." Jane looks unimpressed.

"Thanks!" Evie gushes.

"How about a kickboxing hip-hop ball?" I agree the most with Lonnie so far.

"So you dance while you punch your friends?" Jordan questions.

"Now, that's my kind of party!" Me and Freddie say together.

"What about a garden pumpkin party? We could decorate everything with pumpkins! Bibbidi Bobbidi!" Jane snaps her fingers and pumpkins appear everywhere.

"Ooh. I love pumpkins." Lonnie picks up one. I do the same, but I throw it at Audrey. I crackle.

"You should probably stop spending time with Madeline Hightopp." Mal looks at me. I love Madeline though!

"You wanna throw a garden vegetable party?" Audrey scoffs.

"How about a wicked ball?" Mal snaps her fingers and she's back in her own clothes. "Can't change perfect." Mal looks at me. I throw a pumpkin at her. "Stop."

"Perfectly imperfect." Jordan changes Mal's clothes. "A genie party."

"You want a party that celebrates YOU?" Audrey looks at her.

"Well, yeah. I'm fabulous." Jordan gushes.

"A Fighting Knights party!" Jane makes banners with the Fighting Knights logo on them fall from the ceiling.

"A party in the dark." Freddie and I high-five as the lights go out.

"Magic carpet ride party." Jordan turns the lights on and we are sitting on floating carpets.

"How about a wonderful Wonderland party?" Allie makes Wonderland-ish things appear.

"Neon-glow party!" The lights go out and Lonnie's outfit changes to her glow in the dark outfit.

"How about a prom party? We dress up fancy and we have a prom king and queen. It can be Auradon wicked. You know, Auradon with a hint of the Isle." I smile.

"I have an idea!" I'm surprised by Freddie. "Why don't we just do all of our themes?"

"That sounds like madness!" Seriously, Allie?

"Exactly! It'll be a mad princess, hip-hop, party in the dark, magic carpet, wicked Wonderland, garden neon lights, wicked prom party!"

"Wait! A neon lights party! That's actually really cool! It could be some sort of neon light filled mash-up of all of our ideas with everyone glowing via Evie's neon fashion invention. Or...do you guys wanna talk about it for a few more hours?" Mal asks.

"No!" We all shout.

"Great! I'll start working. Oh, what to wear, what to wear?" Allie smiles.

"Just to write neon fashion will be...phosphor-essential!" Whatever that means, Lonnie.
