With a soft glance I stayed completely still and tried to not stare at her too much, while she applied something to my face. Our bodies were almost completely covered in all kinds of patterns, even if most of them were probably handprints. And after we were done using each other as some kind of canvases, she insisted on applying the last touch to my face.
I felt her touch around my eye, as she pushed a small sponge on the bruises around it over and over again.
I didn't really know, what she was doing, but I trusted her with it, after seeing how perfectly she covered up her own.
It was mesmerizing, how close she was to my face and I couldn't really think straight anymore.
And when she suddenly started doing something to my bangs, I quickly grabbed her wrist and tied her eyes up with my gaze.
The look she gave me for that action looked flustered and confused.
I didn't understand myself in that moment.
My mind went blank from one second to another and I could feel my heart rioting inside of my chest.
"What are you doing..?", I quietly mumbled, still not letting go of her ice blue gaze.
But she didn't answer me at first.
She just slightly tilted her head and let both of our hands slowly sink down in her lap, before rising the other one and carefully pushing a stray strand of my hair to the right side.
"You're confusing.. On so many different levels.."
My glance wandered off to her lips, when I heard the soft sound of her voice and back to her eyes when she stopped talking.
I could've kissed her right now.
But I didn't want to get too close to her too fast.
Didn't want to offend or scare her in any possible way.
So I just slightly put my hand on her head and placed a small peck on her forehead.
"Same goes for you.."
I gave her a tiny smile and quickly got up, just to get out of that situation for a while.
I couldn't handle it right now and suddenly felt way too sober.
And then I remembered, I still had something very special somewhere in this room.
With an excited smirk, I started digging through a specific drawer of my dresser, until I found a bag with a few tiny pieces that looked like papers with smileys on them.
But I knew very well what these were.
And that it would probably shut my thoughts down completely.
I kept the baggy inside of my fist and walked back to the bed where Jimin was still sitting and looking at me with that special gaze, she already had when I got up earlier.
I sat down in front of her and looked into her eyes for a few moments until I opened my fist and instantly made her look down to it.
I could watch how her eyes started to glow more from second to second.
"Always down to surprise me, huh?"
With a soft smile I brushed a strand of loose hair behind her ear and looked at her.
"Ever tried before?"
"Never. But totally down to it."
"Good to hear that."
My smile was swayed by a slight smirk and I quickly stretched the tip of my tongue out to put one of the tiny papers on it and eventually did the same thing with hers.
Her eyes were locked to my face and I didn't look away this time.
"Let's go now.. Before we're flying too high to get to that stupid club."
I crossed my fingers with hers and pulled her up with me, before I gave her her jacket and put mine on, to leave the small apartment in the next moment.
While we were walking through the streets, I could already feel the drug kicking in after something around 45 minutes.
And I knew that Jimin felt the same thing.
I realized it, when her pink hair suddenly started flowing in the air and looked like it was drawn on an empty canvas.
My lips formed a grin and I started walking backwards in front of her, trying to push her hair down with my hands.
The bright colors on her face and body were completely mesmerizing to me.
A small giggle came out of my throat, when I started running, still not letting go of her hand, until we finally reached the suspiciously plain door that would lead us to the underground-club, I had spent so much time in.
I opened the door, pulling the small girl with me and walked the few steps downstairs, where the bouncer was and threw a knowing smile at him.
He greeted me with a quick hug and just quietly accepted Jimin, who was clinging to my left arm in a kinda cute way.
Her face somehow looked like a figure to me, that walked straight out of a webtoon.
With huge eyes and soft skin.
"She's with you?"
"Yup. I'll take care of her."
I was still staring at her face, while talking to the guy.
I couldn't keep my eyes off of her.
Even with everything around me starting to get colorful and blurry, she was the most significant thing in my surroundings.
With a smile on my lips, I walked in with her and instantly felt at ease with the fast beats and lights.
Everything around me started to dazzle me.
The colors looked brighter, the music got louder.
And Jimin looked like a perfect drawing that I couldn't help but stare at.
