I heard the door closing again. For the third time, since he came back.
But this time, he was alone.
The voice, that I heard earlier, wasn't there anymore, so I slowly turned around, just to see Jaehyun standing in front of the closed door, completely motionless.
My heart was still beating way too fast, whenever I saw him.
And the words I overheard when he came back the first time, didn't make it any better.
So I got up and walked over to him, carefully, to not surprise him too much, and wrapped my arms around his upper body, burying my face between his shoulders, until he slowly turned around inside my grip and kissed my forehead.
"You're up."
His voice sounded so soft, it almost broke my heart.
"I was all alone... I missed you..."
"I'm sorry, I took so long... Something happened , that I couldn't have just ignored..."
I thought about my response carefully for a few seconds.
I didn't know if I should tell him, that I heard the two of them talking earlier.
But I didn't want to keep things from him.
"Involving that guy...?"
For a brief second, he only stared at me in complete silence, and I could literally hear his brain working from the outside.
"You were awake the whole time?"
"Yeah, kind of..."
"Wait... how much did you hear?"
I didn't say anything.
I just stared back at him for a moment, until I started grinning and hid my face on his chest.
"Enough."
"How much is enough?!"
I tried to get out of the hug, but I had no chance.
His arms were tightly wrapped around my body and I giggled against the fabric of his sweater.
"Tell me!"
He let go of me and I placed my hands on his chest, getting on my tiptoes to reach his ear.
"Enough to hear you calling me your girl'."
And with that, I backed off and walked towards the bed, but he was fast.
In a mere second, he had reached and lifted me up, until we both fell on the bed and layed next to each other, both still laughing lightly.
I placed my head on his chest and started to softly play with his fingers.
