When the bathroom door snapped shut behind me, I closed my eyes and took a deep breath.

I could literally feel the smile growing smaller and smaller on my face, until it finally disappeared. My heart was still rioting inside of my chest and the thoughts were coming back to my mind.

This dream I had the last night, it fucked me up so hard, I couldn't believe it.

The pictures were running through my head nonstop.

The dancing helped a little for the time, I was going at it, but only until Jimin appeared on the rooftop and made me worry even more.

I didn't want to show this side of me to anyone anymore.

Not after the last audition I participated in, three years ago.

After closing my eyes for a second, I ran my fingers through my hair and finally took the few steps to the shower to rinse the dirt and sweat off of my body.

I didn't know, for how long I showered, until I finally felt a little bit more clean.

But it took me a while.

When I got out of the small cabin, the mirror on the opposite side of the room was completely covered in steam and mist.

It was good.

I didn't want to see my own reflection.

Supporting myself on the sink, I let my head sink down a little and washed my face again.

I felt clean on the outside, but inside...

I still felt like trash.

My mom's blood-covered face was burned into my mind.

And when the mirror cleared up after a few moments, I couldn't hold it in anymore.

My fist punched the flat glass surface completely on its own and the last thing I saw was, that it shattered into thousands of pieces.

And a few seconds after that, I heard a knock on the door.

"Are you okay? What happened?"

"Nothing! Everything okay!"

"You sure about that?"

"YES! Go and put some clothes on, okay? I'll be ready in five!"

And with that, she left.

I heard her steps and the drawer opening after that.

Right.

We still had to go get some groceries.

At least a small thing that could clear my mind a little.

Taking a deep breath, I washed the blood off of my hands. Not that it helped to stop the bleeding. But at least it didn't look too bad anymore. I wrapped the hand in some Bandages and left the bathroom in only my sweatpants.
