Recap:

Now his lips were only centimeters away. One mo cement from either of us, would cause our lips to brush together.

Before either of us could make another move, the door swung open.

"Surprise."

--

Immediately my head jerked away from Brandon's, fearing the worst. A wave of dissapointment washed over me when I realized it was only mel.

"I brought coffee!" Melissa chirped. When her eyes landed on me, her smile grew wider.

"Oh good, your up."

"Yeah," I scoffed. "I stir don't know what happened though.."

"Oh!" She pointed a stern, yet playful look at Brandon.

"Why didn't you tell her."

His eyes grew wider. "She never asked!"

"Uh huh!" I replied back, joining in on their childish game.

"Oh so now your going against me?"

I nodded my head quickly, with a goofy grin all over my face.

"You lottle-"

He lunged his arms forward, grabbing my sides.

I screeched, immediately attempting to pry his hands away from my hips.

"Eek!" I squealed, still clawing at he hands attached to my sides. For once, everything felt normal. Mel with a smile, Brandon laughing, and me with a carefree smile on my face.

"Stop! Ow! Ow! Stop!"

My side now burning, I gasped for breath, grabbing the sides pf my bed for support, like that would help any.

"Shit-. I'm so sorry." He franticly ran his fingers through his hair, standing up and pacing the floor.

I shook my head, my breathing returning to normal.

"I was just kidding around. J really didn't mean to hurt you- I swear!"

"Brandon," I reached out a shaky hand to touch his arm. It stiffened when I came in contact.

"Chill. I'm fine. Just a cramp or something." I lied. He have me a hesitant look before nodding his head in agreement.

"Maybe its your period or something." Mel guessed.
