wednesday

"heyo schnapp!" i jogged up to noah as the bell rang, resting my arm on his shoulder. "hey y/n!" he replied. "what's your first period?" i asked, attempting to start conversation. "oh, math, with melissa"

"melissa? the girl you were with on monday?" i asked. "uh, y-yeah" he suddenly became nervous as he ran his fingers through his hair. i wiggled my eyebrows at him. 

"ooh, does noah schnapp have a crush?" i start in a narrator voice. "oh my goodness! noah schnapp has a crush!" i finish in my normal voice. 

noah laughs and elbows me. "shut up! i do not!" he rolls his eyes. "dude, i was just joking!" i laughed and ran off to class.

lunch

"why is noah taking so long?" gaten groaned.

i decided to call him. "noah, where are you? we're all waiting for you!" "oh, um, you guys don't have to, um wait for me" the phone was on speaker, so everyone at the table could hear. "it sounds like his words are forced" sadie whispered.

"why? we usually have lunch altogether" i was confused. "oh, yeah, about that, im uh working with melissa on the math project. she doesn't fully understand the task, so im explaining it to her"

caleb, gaten and finn all showed signs of extreme annoyance. gaten raised his arms off the table and made a gesture which said "what the hell?", caleb shook his head, and finn did his infamous eye roll.

sadie just frowned. i sighed, ended the call and plopped onto the bench. "what the hell! i know nothing about this girl, but i already know she's using him. how is noah that oblivious?" i ranted.

"that's noah for ya" finn replied depressingly.

millie and i were at sadie's getting ready for the pool thing. we were all changed, so i decided to go on my phone.
