Owen and I returned home and I was painting in the attic, Owen had set it up for me with no problem. I was off work for a week since what happened. I was in the middle of a drawing when Owen came up behind me and attacked my neck with kisses. "Hey!"

He pulled me onto the floor making me laugh. "I was busy." I said.

"Now you're busy with me." He tackled me making me laugh more.

Sometime later, I was lying on the floor beside Owen. "So, what were you painting?" He asked holding me from behind. His arm resting over my stomach holding the sheet over me. His free arm resting under my head.

"My dream house." I said.

"What's wrong? Did I hurt you?" He asked, he moved slightly nudging my side as a request to move to my back. I moved to my back.

"No. You didn't." I said.

"Then what is it?" He asked.

"I wanted to and I'm glad we did. I just...." I felt a sob build up in my throat.

"What baby? Tell me."

"Felt trapped with your weight on me."

"That is important for you to tell me." He said sitting up, his arms resting on his knees. I said up beside him wrapping my arms around his right arm.

"I was afraid you would get mad at me and stop."

"I don't like getting mad at you and I wouldn't have been mad. I wouldn't have stopped either."

"Owen, I'm sorry. I just wish what happened didn't happen when I was at my mom's. I can't help feeling like he took something from me." I said. "Something from us."

"I want you to talk to me. Tell me everything you need me to know. Tell me what makes you comfortable okay?" I nodded. He slid his arm free and put it around me. He kissed my hair.

I heard a knock on the door clear downstairs. "I'll be back." He said. He grabbed his jeans and got up. He put them on going commando underneath which meant he wanted more alone time later.

"Hey." I said as he walked out the door. He stopped and turned around. "I love you."

"I love you." He said with a smile before heading downstairs. I put on his t-shirt and my pajama pants. I went downstairs and saw that it was his parents.

"Hi honey." His Mom said.

"Hi." I said.

"Did we interrupt something?" She asked.

"No." I said.

"We're going out for dinner and stopped by to see if you two wanted to join us."  His Dad asked.

"Zayla do you want to go?"  Owen asked.

"Sure.  Let me go change."  I said.

"Don't change I love you just the way you are."  Owen said making me laugh.

I went upstairs to change and grabbed nice shirt for Owen.  I changed into a nice pair of black pants and my favorite dark red shirt.

I returned downstairs and tossed the shirt at Owen.  "Thank you."  he said.

After dinner, Owen grabbed my jacket off the back of my chair and held it out for me so he could help me put it on.

Then I saw him.  I saw Justin and panic set in.  He saw me and a devilish grin spread across his lips.  I stumbled back into Owen and he caught me.  "Hey, hey, what is it?"

"We need to go.  We need to go."  I said.  Owen saw Justin and made me look at him.

"Hey, it's okay.  You're safe.  Relax."

"Please, we need to go."  I said.

"Okay, we'll go."  he said.  He helped me with my jacket and put his arm around me as we walked out.

I looked over my shoulder glaring in Justin's direction.  He glared back.  I kissed Zayla's forehead and we finished walking outside to the car.

I helped her into the back seat and she slid over enough so I could sit beside her.  I climbed in and closed the door.  Her seeing Justin probably was going to set her back.

I slid my arm around her shoulders and pressed my lips against her cheek.  She leaned her head on my shoulder and rested her hand on my chest.  I rubbed her back.

At home, I was in the kitchen serving up some ice cream for Zayla.  I poured chocolate syrup over it and put on some whipped cream.

I heard a crash upstairs and bolted stairs.  I opened the bathroom door and saw Zayla huddled in the corner wrapped up in a towel.  "Zayla, what is it?"

"I heard something outside.  I slipped getting out of the shower."

"Okay, come on."  I carried her into our room and settled her on the bed.  "Stay here, I'll be right back."  I gave her a soft kiss.

Owen returned and came upstairs.  He handed me a bowl of ice cream and climbed into bed beside me.  "I didn't pick up anything while I was outside.  Whatever it was is gone okay?"  I nodded and kissed his cheek.  He wrapped the blanket around me.  He kept his arms around me while I ate the ice cream.  "I'm going to do whatever it takes to keep you safe okay?  I promise.  He won't get to you.  I won't let him."

"I know."  I set the bowl aside and turned my head to him.  I leaned my forehead against his and slid my hand over his jaw.  He slid his hand over my back massaging my back with his hand.

I climbed into his lap and unbuttoned his jeans.  He accepted my kisses and tossed my towel aside.  "If you absolutely need me to stop, you tell me okay?  I love you."

"I love you."  He slid his jeans off and kissed me again, deepening the kiss.  He caressed my face with his hands and pressed me into the mattress.  He slid his hand up my arm pressing his lips to my hand and fingertips.

He laced our fingers together and I slid my free hand over his perfectly sculpted chest.  He pressed our hands to the pillow and kissed my neck.  He slid his free hand under my back and pulled me close to him.

"Owen, wait, wait."  I panicked, feeling trapped.  I tried to calm down, but I couldn't.  Not with his weight on me.  He moved over and sat up beside me.  He kept his attention on me, I pressed my hands against my forehead.

"Honey, it's okay."  he whispered.  I started sobbing.  "Baby, please don't cry."

"I can't breathe."  I said.  He got up and opened the window before climbing behind me helping me sit up.  He pressed his face into my neck.

"It's okay.  I promise.  It's okay."  he said.
