Kakashi x Oc Book Three

Chapter 9

"Gaara, I am disappointed in you" I said right before the sand fully encased me. I expected Naruto to break me out or for Gaara to stop but I felt vines wrap around my wrists and ankles and yank me through the Sand.

"Hachiro?!?!" I yelled as the vines pulled me towards the purple haired boy who was crouched in a fighting position.

"Katsuo, Itsuki, Hachiro what are you doing here are you crazy!" I yelled but they just all stood between me and Gaara taking fighting stances.

"Stay away from her!" Katsuo roared as I looked around slightly to see Sakura and Sai were running toward where Kakashi was while a bunch of Naruto's jumped around the globs of sand that kept exploding. Gaara was looking at me while blowing up all the Naruto clones

"Is this really the side you are going to chose Gaara" I said sadly while putting my hand over Itsuki's to stop him from doing any jutsu at Gaara.

"Kakashi made this choice" He said but just then Naruto jumped out of a blast and right at Gaara.

"Sensei go on ahead!" He yelled, I nodded and started running with the three boys close behind me

"You are in so much trouble when this is over" I murmured back at them

"We're sorry mom but you dropped the scroll dad left and we couldn't let him give up his life for us" Itsuki said and I sighed....we soon caught up with Sakura and Sai and as we kept jumping through the jagged rocks Naruto caught up and we all stopped

"What is it?" Naruto asked

"Look there" Sakura said pointing to Kakashi as he went to walk through the next gate

"Dad!" The three boys called and made to chase him along with Naruto. I dropped down after them as the circled around Kakashi

"Kakashi sensei" Naruto called out

"Dad!!" Itsuki yelled grabbing his hand to stop him. I gasped as I saw he had a mark on his ... he just ignored Itsuki's plea as his hand slipped free of his grip while he kept walking.

"A timed jutsu formula, it will go off even if he's not conscious" Sai stated

"Doesn't that make him a living time bomb" Sakura asked and I stood there still frozen from when I saw the mark. Tears ran silently down my cheeks as I watched him walk away

"We hardly even used it in Anbu, we only used it as a last resort" Sai said shocked

"Dad please answer!" Hachiro called out trying to catch up to him. The three of them all put there hands on Kakashi's torso trying to stop him from walking but he just pushed them each aside and continued forward. I heard Shikamaru walk up again and I let out a sigh.

"Mom can't you stop him?" Hachiro asked running up to me. A few more tears ran down my cheeks as I put a barrier around him stopping his movement. He turned around and charged up his chidori bursting through the barrier, I flinched as his fist went through.

"Lady Tsunade put that mark on him. When Hiruko tries to absorb the Kekkei Genkai he will be defenseless for an instant and that's when the Mangekyou Sharingan will activate and that will be the end of Hiruko" Shikamaru explained

"You mean Lady Tsunade was willing to sacrifice Kakashi sensei from the very start" Naruto asked shocked

"Mom we have to help him!" Katsuo said as he grabbed my hand pulling me forward and I nodded at them running off. I froze along with the other three and I knew Shikamaru had caught us with his shadow. He turned us around to face him

"I can't let you stop him" He said

"Why are you going to let him die!" Itsuki roared as a few tears ran out of his eyes
