Cassandra keep one hand on her sword as she looked over at Varian. He looked kind of nervous, his eyes were on the ground or taking a quick glance around the room. Rapunzel on the other hand was explaining everything that happened...... Cassandra smiles, she was glad that Rapunzel was safe, she hasn't checked in about four to five days. Rapunzel said "And when he picked up the dark rocks.......his blue streak of hair kind of glowed...." King Frederic said "So he also has a connection to the rocks." Rapunzel said "Yes!" She smiles.
Rapunzel waits for her dad's answer to see if Varian will be locked up again. He thinks about it for a second before saying "He won't be locked up but he must have someone around him at ALL times." Rapunzel nods and said "Ok." Varian just stayed quiet. Pascal eyed Varian suspiciously, he hasn't said a word since they been in the castle.
Rapunzel, Eugene, Cassandra, Varian, Pascal, and Rudiger was in Rapunzel's room. Varian and Rapunzel were showing the rest of them what happens when Varian touches the rock. Cassandra ask "How did this happen?" Varian said "We were looking through a chest of my dad's things....and we found a sword that looked like the rocks, so we see if the sword could cut through the rocks. It can and so I was testing the rock and then I touch it and then this happens." He touches the rock again and the rock, Varian's blue streak of hair, and Rapunzel's hair glow up.
Varian remembers about the scroll about the Sundrop and the Moondrop and he ask "Maybe the scroll has the answer." Rapunzel said "I think I put it under my bed." She walks to her bed before reaching her hand under the bed to pull out a scroll, she opens it to check if that's the right one and she said "Here it is." Varian said "Now we just need to find the missing pieces of the scroll and somehow translate it."
Varian was looking around with Cassandra in Old Corona. Eugene, Rapunzel, Cassandra, and him split into two groups to find the missing pieces of the scroll, he was with Cassandra looking for the scroll in Old Corona while Rapunzel and Eugene was looking in Corona.
Rudiger was on Varian's shoulder, he walks into a broken building. He sees Cassandra walk into another one. He quickly surveys the house, finding only the things you need to live. He sees a family photo, he frowns before walking out. He walks out the building before feeling a tap on his shoulder, turning around and being hit in the face, everything turning dark.
Cassandra walks out of the building, looking for Varian. She calls out his name, he didn't respond, she starts to look for him. He was nowhere to be found and so she thinks that he ran away. She clenches her fists before going to his house and looking their, he was nowhere. She finally decides that he must of ran away, she goes back to Corona to tell Rapunzel and Eugene.
Varian wakes up, he sees that he is tied to a chair. He tries to see if he could break free but he can't. He looks around to see someone in a shadow. Varian ask "Who are you? Where is Rudiger?" The person comes out the shadows to reveal himself to being a man with dark brown hair and green eyes. He was wearing all black, and he walks up to Varian and said "I'm the one who is going to be asking questions." Varian looks at him uneasily, not knowing what to expect.
Rapunzel hears what Cassandra just told her and she said "That can't be right! He seemed trustworthy...... It doesn't make sense. He wasn't showing anything unusual." She starts to pace around the room. Eugene said "I'm sorry Blondie, I can't believe I'm saying this but Cassandra wouldn't lie to you. And he did already try and destroy Corona. It would make sense he would run away, maybe to try and destroy Corona again." Rapunzel said "But-" Cassandra cuts her off and said "I'm sorry Rapunzel, I didn't find him anywhere. All we can do is try to look for him or either try to find the missing pieces of that scroll." Rapunzel takes the scroll out it's case and unravels it. She looks it and said "He wanted to know something about this, he wouldn't of left without it." Eugene said "Maybe he is going to steal it?" Rapunzel shakes her head and said "He could of easily taken it when Cassandra and him left." Cassandra said "So what are you saying Raps?" Rapunzel said "I'm saying that someone kidnapped him."
Varian was untied but was tied with ropes on his hand behind his back. The man takes him by the shoulders before walking him into another room. Varian is a little uneasy as he sees people looking at him. He was walked into another room with two other people; a women with white hair and haft of her face painted red and a man with short blond hair and hazel eyes. The women ask "Who is this child, Ethan?" The man with dark brown hair named Ethan said "Winter, Jason, this is the child of the moon."
