Chapter 36

*Scarlett pov*

After a tiring but wonderful day at the beach, we took separate ways at around 9pm when the cold was starting to drop and due to our lack of clothing we all decided to end the night there. Ethan had mentioned about going out again next week end but to a night club down town. Hazel invited Harry over to stay the night at our flat and off course Zayn is staying with me today, since his pleading not long ago that he didnt wanted to sleep in his house tonight had make me accept, plus I loved sleeping with him all cuddlep up in his arms.

As soon as we arrive Hazel walk straight to the bathroom to take a hot shower, and harry follow her to the bedroom leaving Zayn and I on the living room

"Do you want to take a shower?" I ask him as I walk over to the bathroom to take a spare towel for him

"Why? Wanna join me?" He asks showing a grin in his lips

"I´ll be alright by myself, thanks for the offer tho" I wink at him and he chuckles

"Today was a fun day" He say sitting on my bed leaning in his arms to steady himself

"Very" I smile

"Ive never been on a beach, at least not in England" 

"Ive been a couple of times with Haz" I walk over to my closet to gram my pjs and some shorts Zayn had left nights ago for him to wear

He stays in silent and close his eyes, I take advantage and throw the shorts to him making him pull a confused face as he grabs them, I laugh at his reaction and he looks up at me

"You left them few nights ago" I tell him and he nods

He stands up and starts taking off his sweaming trucks, I raise my eyebrow at him 

"I dont want to change in the bathroom If I can change right here" He smirks

"I thought you were going to take a shower" I say

"I dont want to anymore" 

"But I am so I wont be long" I close the bathroom door behind me and step out of my bikini

The shower is very relaxing, the water droplets falling on my back giving me soft massages as I stand there feeling my whole body under the hot water. I get out quickly since Zayn will probably start knocking on the door telling me to hurry up

I change into my pjs and dry my hair with the towel. Zayn is laying in his stomach facing the recliner with his arms in each side of his head. I take his swimming shorts from the floor and hang them on my bathroom next to my bikini. I walk back to the bed on Zayn side and lay on top of him, my chest to his back. I bring my hand to his jaw caressing it gently as the other one touch his hair, he hums something and moves slightly to accomodate himself better

"Are you tired?" I ask him softly

He nods his head and I smile, he looks so adorable 

"Lets go to sleep then" I whisper

With a movement im not aware of he takes my arm tugging me under his arm so its around me neck and my face against his chest. He leaves a kiss in my forehead and with his other arm around my waist, he brings me closer to his body. I love when he does this, when his arms are secured around me and with no intention to let me go.

"I love you" I whisper hoping he is still awake

I feel his lips against my neck leaving a small kiss before he speaks "And I love you"

*Zayn pov*

I have never experience this kind of love for someone, sure I loved Chloe, or at least what I felt for her, whatever it was, was my idea of love back then but now, now with Scarlett its a whole new level, its so amazing to have her most of the times around me, even if its in silent, or watching a movie, or hugging or kissing, as long as I have her in my arms therer nothing that matters in that moment, because she is all what matters to me, she is worth fighting for and I always find myself trying to make her laugh and to show her how much she means to me to make her see that giving us an opportunuty was the best decision we could have ever make.
