Chapter 3

Monday morning arrive and here I am, struggling to get out of bed at 6 am when my alarm went off about 15 minutes ago indicating i was already late. I brush my teeths and walk over to the closet to grab my outfit for today, black leggings and a whiteshirt with blue prints at the front and my jacket in case the temperature dropped at any moment.

Hazel is already waiting for me by the kitchen when i open the door of my room

"looks like someone had trouble waking up"

"leave me alone its monday morning im not in the mood" I say rolling my eyes walking to the door

"I'll drive scarlett i want to avoid you getting asleep driving and killing us both" she joke

"Only if we stop by some coffee shop and grab a hot drink, its starting to get cold"

"As you wish" she smile and start the car

I am staring at the window in my deep thoughts when my phone buzz in my bag. I grab it and see it was a text from Zayn

*Hey Scarlett are you already at school? im feeling kinda lost in here."

Poor Zayn he barely knows the place adding hes alone there probably getting stares from other students.

"Who text you?" Hazel ask turning her face to watch me

"Oh it was Zayn asking if I was already at school. He doesnt know where to go."

"We wont be long. we still need to grab some coffee" she say turning over for the drive thru

"Two vanillas, one with no sugar please" She orders to the lady at the window

"Two vanillas right up! Heres your change. Have a good day" she smiles. I grab the coffee and instantly wrap my cold hands around the cup to get some heat.

"jesus its freezing" I say shaking

"The heater is at its top Scar" Haz says placing her coffee in the cup holder

"Lets get out of here we are late" i say in a hurried tone

"Chill babe we are two blocks away"

Hazel park the car and as soon as i step out of the car, the cold breeze hit my face. I secure the jacket tigher around me and walk quickly inside looking for Zayn

"As much as i want to meet your new friend I need to hurry to class, so ill see you at lunch" She hug me and speed down the hall

I go around looking for Zayn and i spot him standing with who i least wanted to see today. I walk closer and Zayn gaze meets mine, smiling and walking over to me he hug me and I smiled at his kind gesture

"You are freezing Scarlett" he say

"Well yeah its very cold" I say drinking from my coffee

"See you already meet her Zayn, what a nice surprise" she say sarcasticly

Zayn raise an eyebrow at her and then look back at me

"Did you already get your schedule?" I ask him, ignoring the fact Beverly is right in front of us

"No, i was waiting for you to appear but then Beverly came to keep me accompany" he say eyeing her. Her smile is triumphant and i cant help to feel a bit of jeulosy about her wanting to touch everything that's mine, well not mine exactly but you know what i mean

"Oh well ill see you at lunch then, bye you two" I know I may have sounded jelous but at this point i don't care. I'm going to discuss with Beverly once again over a boy
