Chapter 6

Zayn walks in the room right after the weird call from Ryan. He sees my concern look and approach me

"Why the face?" He asks walking over to the table placing two popcorn bowls

"Ryan just called me, well hes very drunk so he said he was sorry and hung up immediately. Hes such a dick" I sit down on the large couch

"Im sorry about what happened earlier with him, I thought you liked him so I didnt stop him from going after you" he takes a place next to me, but not too close

"Dont worry its not your fault. Hes a nice guy but he can be a dick sometimes" I say

"Forget about him tonight. Lets watch the movie and then we can order pizza or maybe you want something else?" he asks

"Pizaa is fine, I love pizza" I assure him

"Alright pizza it is" he stands up to grab the phone 

The movie is half way through when I stand up asking Zayn where is the bathroom

"Down the hall the first door on the left" He say

I nod and walk down the hall, there are no light on so I take my phone from my back pocket and use it to guide myself through the hall, I see the time and its just 9:25, Its still early. I hear someone coming to my direction so I stay still unsure what to do, I start getting nervous when a woman with long brown hair appears few feets away from me

"Uh who are you? What are you doing here?" She must be afraid to see me wandering around her house

"Um hi im Scarlett, im Zayns uh- friend" I try to explain her

She gives me a weird look perhaps wondering where he is "Hes at the movies room, we are watching a movie" I clear her thoughts

"Mom?" A voice behind me speaks

"Oh hey sweetheart" her voice says calmly now that Zayn had appear

"This is Scarlett, you met her at the airport remember?" He asks standing next to me

"Of course you are the girl at the airport! How are you honey?" She smiles gently at me

"Im fine thanks" I smile back at her

"We are ordering some pizza in a few, you can go to bed now mom dont worry about me" Zayn tells his mom

She hesitate before answering "Behave Zayn, I trust you"

"Okay?" he say confused and I try to hide my laugh

His mom laugh at his reaction "Goodnight you two, see you tomorrow in the afternoon Zayn,  I have a shift on the morning"

"Goodnight mom" he hug her

"Goodnight" I say

After the encounter with his mom, we go back and decide to go to his room instead of watching the rest of the movie

"Werent you supposed to go to the bathroom?" He asks when we enter his room

"I was but then your mother saw me. I think I scared her" I laugh slightly

"I told her I wasnt going to be home until around 2, maybe she didnt expect me to be home so early"

I sit at the edge of his bed "Are you hungry scarlett?" He asks turning to face me

"A bit, you?" 

"Yeah, lets order the pizza. Do you have the number?"

"Give me the phone ill order it. Pepperoni?" I ask him, my favourite topic is pepperoni, its what Hazel and I always order
