It's Tuesday afternoon.

Theresa sports a cropped shirt and white shorts - not her regular attire for meeting clients. But what is considered proper attire to discuss prices with a prospective regular at 4:33 in the afternoon?

Bonjour Café is a treat at any time of the day. Just off of Broadway Street, it buzzes with the lesser-known people in the industry - playwrights, costume designers, make-up artists, choreographers and med students from Theresa's class that stumbled upon this tea shop.

It will soon be known by Morgan Stanley's staff.

Stephan arrives flustered and late. His apologies are waved away by one well-devised smile.

Not particular to spending excessive time with the *charming* gentleman, May urges him to cut to the chase.

"Okay, so, how much do you usually charge a regular?"

"Right."

Embarrassment is not a familiar emotion on May's face. But then again, nothing about this situation is normal, especially not the sincere smile that lights Stephan's lips.

"Would it be possible to assume this is also your first time?"

The nervous laugh that escapes her is nothing short of unpractised.

Regardless of their mutual inexperience, it takes less than 15 mins to conclude their business dealings.

"May – before we leave, I just wondered..."

Her questioning eyes still hold the cold lense she reserves for clients.

"Is it possible to make an exception to the kissing rule for regular?"

"No." Glancing at her watch, Theresa realises if she doesn't leave right now she will be late to her lecture.

Just like when she leaves him in the early morning, all Theresa leaves behind is a whiff of her perfume.

Surprisingly, the same scent can be found on May and Theresa.
