Skylar's POV

"No. It's impossible." Klaus stated.

"We said the same thing ourselves." Elijah said guesturing between himself and I.

"No, this is a lie. You're all lying." Klaus frowned. "Vampires can't procreate."

"But werewolves can." Sophie spoke up. "Magic made you a vampire, but you were born a werewolf. You're the Original Hybrid. The first of your kind, and this pregnancy is one of nature's loopholes."

"You've been with someone else! Admit it!!!" Klaus growled stalking towards Hayley but I tried holding him back with my hands against his chest.

"Klaus Stop!" I demanded.

"Hey! I've spent days held captive in a freakin' alligator bayou because they think that I'm carrying some magical miracle baby. Don't you think I would've fessed up if it wasn't yours?" Hayley frowned.

"My sister gave up her life to preform the spell she needed to confirm this pregnancy." Sophie stated. "Because of Jane-Anne's sacrifice, the lives of this girl and her baby are now controlled by us. We can keep them safe, even your hybrid friend. Or we can kill them. If you don't help us take down Marcel, so help me, Hayley won't live long enough to see her first maternity dress."

"What?!" Hayley panicked.

"Enough, if you want Marcel dead, he's dead. Elijah and I will do this ourselves!" I growled, not letting my friend die, or her baby.

"No!" Sophie frowned. "We can't. Not yet. We have a clear plan that we need to follow, and there are rules."

"Now you really of shut your mouth after plan." I frowned looking from Klaus to Sophie.

"How dare you command me." Klaus threatened. "Threaten me! With what you wrongfully perceive to be my weaknesses? This is a pathetic deception! I won't here anymore lies!"

"Niklaus!" I called out after him, using his full name knowing I'm not messing around anymore, making him face me. "Shut the fuck up! And listen!"

He did as told and listened to the heart beat coming from Hayley's abdomen, and to say he looked shocked was an understatement.

Klaus looked at Elijah and I as we held a small smile.

"Kill her, and the baby." Klaus growled making Elijah and I frown. "What do I care?"

And then Klaus was gone.

"Screw this! I'm out of here!" Hayley stated but was stopped by witches.

"No one touches the girl. We'll fix this." Elijah stated then left.

"If I as so much find a hair out of place in Hayley's head, I'll kill the lot of you! No one hurts my family!" I growled following Elijah out.

"Niklaus." Elijah said gaining his attention as we followed him.

"It's a trick, you two!" Klaus denied.

"No, it's a gift." I corrected.

"She's right. It's a chance. It's our chance." Elijah agreed making Klaus stop.

"To what?" Klaus frowned turning around.

"To start over. Take back everything we lost, everything that was taken from us." Elijah said as we walked forward trying to persuade him. "Niklaus, our own parents came to despise us. Our family was ruined. We were ruined. And since then, all that you have ever wanted, all that we have ever wanted, was a family."

"I will not be manipulated." Klaus said turning around, only to bump into me.

"So they're manipulating you, so what?" I asked. "With them, Hayley and your guys' child live."
