A Couple Months Later
Third Person's POV

Bella: Dear Alice, I wish I had your real adress. I wish I could tell you about Jake and Sky. They make me feel better. Jake, he makes me feel alive. The whole in my chest, well when I'm with Jake it's, it's like it's almost healed. For a while.

Skylar's POV

"Quil keeps asking to come over. I think he likes you two a little too much." Jake laughed.

"Ew, no. He's like my little brother." I stated.

"Yeah, and I'm not really into the whole cougar thing, ya know?" Bella jokes.

"What's up with you and age? I mean, how old were those Cullen guys anyways?" Jake asked.

Bella and I looked at each other and looked down.

Fuckward was always a touchy subject for her but it's kinda hard on me right now because I haven't had time to see or talk to Emmett between school, petrol with the pack, and the bikes with Bella and Jake. And if I just ditched them on the bikes they'd know I'm up to something. More so Bella than Jake.

Later In The Middle Of The Night:

I woke up to Bella's screaming once again but stopped when I assumed Dad was handling it.

I was about to head back to bed when my phone went off.

"Hello?" I sighed.

"Skylar." Elijah sighed through the phone.

"Elijah?" I asked sitting up. "What's wrong? Is Hayley and the baby okay?"

"Skylar, we need your help. Hayley was taken by the witches and she's due with the baby any minute. How fast can you be here by?" Elijah asked.

"I'll be right there." I frowned and hung up, quickly getting dressed and bolted downstairs.

"Sky, what's wrong?" Dad asked worried about my sudden actions.

"My friend, she's in labor and I promised her I'd be there." I stated grabbing my purse.

"Can't you wait to go until the morning?" Dad sighed tiredly.

"No, this might be the last time I might be see her alive. The doctors said that if she wants the baby to live than she might have a 10% chance of living if it doesn't go as planned." I stated.

"Go. I'll call the school and take care of everything while your gone." Dad nodded.

That's all it took for me to grab my key's and bolt out the door to my car.

I quickly left Forks and stopped on the side of the road once I reached Oregon.

"I can't do this myself." I frowned and orbed myself to Brazil.

"Emmett!" I yelled barging into his apartment after orbing into the hall.

"Babe, hey." Emmett smiled then frowned after seeing my expression. "What's wrong?"

"Hayley was kidnapped by the witches and she's about to give birth any minute. I need your help." I stated.

"Okay." Emmett nodded and quickly sped into the kitchen, writing a note before grabbing my hand, and I orbed us back into my car, then orbed us to New Orleans and started driving to the compound.

"Come on." I stated but stopped when I came to the front door. "Blood."

I ran inside with Emmett on my heels to see Elijah standing in the courtyard as the place was filled with dead vampires and the fountain poured blood.

"What the hell happened?!" I panicked.

"There's no time, Niklaus called, he's with Hayley at the church." Elijah informed and we quickly ran there.

"Hayley!" Elijah and I called out, but the three of us stopped in our tracks.

"No!" I cried running up to Hayley's dead body laying in Klaus' lap. "No, no, no!"

"She's gone." Klaus frowned as Emmett pulled me into his chest while he dry sobbed, I cried, and Elijah put his head down in dispare. "You've been bitten."

Elijah looked up as Klaus bit his wrist and offered it to Elijah, who accepted it then took Hayley and laid her on the table.

"How did this happen? Where's the baby?" I asked as my greif turned into anger.

"I was bested." Klaus mumbled.

"You were bested?" Elijah seethed. "YOU WERE BESTED?! My invincible brother?"

"Klaus, we're not gonna ask again. Where's the baby?" Emmett frowned, and the look on his face looked as if he'd kill anyone who'd touch a hair on the baby's head. Me on the other hand. If I have to, I'll rip this damn town to shreds until it pours blood.

"The witches took the baby. But there's still time. We can save her." Klaus stated.

We all followed Klaus to the cemetery, ready to kill. After searching we were looking around like idiots, and the worst part is that we don't have much time.

"The tombs are empty. The grounds are deserted. She's not here!" I growled punching a tomb making the concrete break.

"We'll find her." Emmett assured pulling me to his side.

"This is the only place they can be. We'll keep searching." Klaus stated.

"She's not here Niklaus, we're wasting time!" Elijah argued.

"The harvest was here. The reaping was here. They are about to preform a ritual which will feed their ancestors for centuries, ancestors who are buried here!"

"Guys, that statue." Emmett pointed out at the top of the tomb. "We've passed by that three times while going in the same damn direction."

"They used a spell to create an illusion." I frowned in realization.

Klaus, Emmett, Elijah, and I jumped on top of a tomb and saw what looked like hundereds of miles of tombs that surrounded us.

"That's one word for it." Klaus frowned.
