After I got my stuff last night and headed over to Syd's things have been pretty chill, Dom and Syd are letting me stay in their guest room and I'm very grateful for that. I've told mom that I'm staying with Syd and she asked why and I told her that Syd and I thought that it was the safest option after Adam showed up after the game and she wanted to fly back home but I told her that I would be fine with Syd and Dom and she reluctantly agreed. I'm currently playing with Cassius until I get a text from an unknown number.

(305)-276-4935: Hey Y/n it's Lauren, I'm in town for the next week and was wondering if you are free today?

Me: Hey Lauren yeah you picked a good week to be in town because its my off week, what do you have in mind for today?

Lauren💚: Well I was thinking that we could go out for lunch and then maybe walk around town.

Me: Yeah sure that sounds great and place you have in mind for lunch?

Lauren💚: Chuck E Cheese 😝

Me: 🤣 You're such a kid but ok sounds like a plan. 12 ok?

Lauren💚: See you there 😉

I give Cassius to Syd and I head up the stairs to shower and get ready, I finish brushing my hair when I get a face time call and I see that it's Moe but I see that its already 11:30 so I hit the button that lets you respond with a message.

Me: Hey I'm about to start driving but I promise to call you back later have a good day beautiful <3.

I run down the stairs and grab my keys and Syd asks where I'm going and I told her I'm going out with a friend and I vaguely hear Dom say "Oooh a date" and I roll my eyes and yell out "It's not a date!!!" I hear them both start laughing so I close the door and make my way to Chuck E Cheese. I see Lauren and I make my way to her trying to keep my head down due to all the paparazzi, we make our way inside and pay for the pizza and the tokens and we start to play two player games with me being better at some and her being better at the others.

"BOOM in your face Y/n! Who just out raced you I believe I did that's who!" she laughs and I smile and roll my eyes

"Yeah well who beat you at the soccer game huh?" I say and she snorts

"Yeah well I wonder why miss professional soccer player!" she laughs and so do I. We see that our pizza got set down at our table so we go over and start eating while making conversation.

"So how's soccer season so far?"

"Well it kinda really just started but we've won our first 3 games so with that pretty good so far we have a solid team although between you and me we just signed another forward so I don't really see me starting or really even playing much" I say and she nods letting m know that she was listening.

"Well I'm sorry to hear that Y/n is there anything that you can do about it?"

"Yeah there are... some options but.. I don't know if I should do it I would have to talk to my mom about it first and get her opinion on it." I say and she nods "What about you how's the music business?"

"It's going I just released a single and the girls and I are supposed to record with a producer tomorrow" she says and I smile I always did love music.

"That's pretty cool ya know if I wasn't a soccer player I think I would've tried to be a singer"

"Really you sing I never would've guessed" say says and we laugh and her phone rings and she answers it occasionally responding then she hangs up and sighs.

"Hey Y/n can we head to the studio we have to record a song today" she says and I nod. We head to the studio and the guards in front of the building try to stop me from entering until Lauren said I was with her and they let me in. We take the elevator to the third floor the door opens and Lauren leads me into a cool studio and I see 3 other girls and a few people who I assume are producers or maybe managers sitting in some chairs they all look at Lauren then me.

"Oh guys this is Y/n Krieger, Y/n this is our management and these beauties over here are Ally, Normani and Dinah" She said pointing to who's who.

"Nice to meet you all" I smile

"Damn Laur you know how to pick em." Dinah says and Lauren blushes pushing Dinah telling her to 'shut up'.

"Anyways Lo we need to re write down because Mane canceled on us" Ally said and Lauren looks at me and smiles

"No we don't because Y/n here can just sing it for us, isn't that right Y/n?"

"Uhh well"

"Come on it'll be fun" Lauren says and drags me into the booth I read over the part and soon I hear music in my ears soon I hear the girls voices then I sing the part they gave me and soon the song finishes up and the girls look at me and smile.

"Y/n that was great why don't you sing?" Normani asks

"Ehh I would've but when the time came to choose what I wanted to do I chose soccer because I've always liked it just a bit more than singing" I shrugged and they nod. The producers mess around with the song and while they do so the girls and I exchange numbers and we take a few snapchats of each other just goofing around I get a FaceTime call from Moe so I excuse myself from the room to answer it.

Me: Hello beautiful how are you

Moe🙈💗: mmm I'm fine but uh do you wanna explain this?

She shows me this thing on TMZ and it says that Lauren and I are possibly dating and my eyes widen.

Me: Woah, woah, woah that's not true at all Lauren and I are just friends Moe trust me, Like I said you're the only one I have my eyes on.

Moe🙈💗: Yeah I know I just got jealous I guess

Me: Well you have no need to be Moe, now how's camp?

Moe🙈💗: It's fine I guess but you can tell that we all miss you being here

Me: Aw I'm sorry Moe I just didn't want to leave this team behind just because mom was leaving.

Moe🙈💗: Yeah I guess I understand I was just hoping that we could spend some time together. she said looking down.

Me: Don't be sad Moe we'll see each other soon I'm sure of it.

I hear someone call my name and I turn to Moe and smile sadly

Me: I gotta go Moe but I promise I'll see you soon.

I'll see you soon Moe I promise.
