Taylor's POV

When I woke up I was covered in a blanket and Arianna was asleep next to me.

What time is it?

After looking at the digital clock I tried to suppress my groan. It was only 2am. Silently as possible I slid out of the bed and get some pajamas from my bag. Changing in the dim light proved to be a daunting task. My shirt was backwards but at least it was on. With sleepy moves I walked down the stairs quietly as possible to get a glass of water. I wasn't paying any attention to my surroundings, so when my eyes fell on Dean's sleeping figure on the couch my body jumped.

Poor guy.

He must have fallen asleep there. His head was awkwardly laying on the armrest and his feet were propped on the other side. A slight chill swept my arms and my pity increased. He didn't have a blanket. Looking around I spotted a burgundy throw haphazardly flung over a chair. I spread it out and placed it mainly on his torso. Dean was tall and it would only cover less than half of him. I couldn't help but observe him in this quiet and tranquil state.  My fingers wanted to trace his features and map constellations from his freckles. I cursed myself for it. It would be stupid to get involved with a man like him. With that thought in mind I left towards my room completely forgetting the glass of water.

The next morning when I woke I was vaguely aware of Arianna's soft hums and the click of a ceiling fan. I stretch without opening my eyes letting my muscles extend until a sequence of pops left my joints.

"So, the grandpa is awake?" Arianna's ask voice was teasing but I didn't feel the need to open my eyes or address where she was.

"Maybe, I haven't quite decided."

"Of course, anywho, I was thinking about whipping up something for the boys and Bobby." I finally force myself to sit up and open my eyes taking in the bright room. Ari was packing clothes into our bags.

"That's nice of you."

"I  wondering if you would help? I know you can fix gravy better than me." Arianna asked with a small smile.

"Yeah, I can help. By the way, when did I come up to bed?" I ask confused.  Sure I had woken up last night, but the thought hadn't even crossed my mind.

"Funny story actually." She giggled dropping the clothes she was folding.

"Oh no. I don't like the tone of voice you're using." I cringe covering my face. I hear her laughs which only furthers my cringe.

"So, you fell asleep on me."  Arianna started and paused.

"Okay, that not so bad-" She cuts me off.

"Wait, there's more. Dean was sitting on the couch with us; consequently your feet ended up basically in his lap."

"Okay, mildly mortified but nothing too terrible," I say shaking my head but her look stops me. "Oh God. What happened?"

"I needed to do laundry, but when I left the room and came back you were asleep on Dean."

"OH GAWD."

"WAIT! It gets better!"

"I don't think you and I have the same definition of better."

"Shh. Then I was gonna wake you up but he offered to carry you upstairs." I'm sure the sound that left my body was a mix between a groan and a scream. "Then after he brought you up here, he took off your shoes and tucked you in." She was giggling and smiling like it was the happiest moment of her life. I on the other hand was face planted into a pillow screaming out my embarrassment
