Dean's POV
I finished off my burger and grabbed a new beer from the fridge. Taylor stretched slowly before throwing away her wrapper.
"Here Dean. For the burger and stuff." She held out a twenty-dollar bill.
"It's covered, wasn't our money anyway," I excused with a shrug.
"Fine, don't say I never offered you anything." She shoved the twenty back into her jean pocket.
"Dean." I turn to where Sam and Bobby, were standing.
"You boys ever going to mention the big bad that's after you? Those girls don't seem to be going anywhere, anytime quick." Bobby's statement forced reality to the front of my thoughts. We were still after Yellow Eyes. Sam knew as well as I that he would use anyone against us.
"I don't know, Bobby. If they start hunting, even associating with us will put a target on their backs."
"But isn't' that the reason we brought them here. To train them? Doing this is better than letting them go back into the world, vulnerable, doesn't seem any better," Sam reasoned crossing his arms.
"I get that Sam, but they're going to end up hurt or worse. Everyone we come in contact with gets dragged through the mud with us." He glances to the floor and I feel guilt rush my senses. "Listen, I'm sorry okay. I'm not trying to bring up her, but I'm looking at the facts."
"Dean-" Bobby cuts Sam off.
"Listen, you two idjits are never going to get anywhere like this. Just do what your gut is telling you. If I've learned anything from being around you, Winchesters, it's that you have instinct. Use it for once." His words render Sam and I silent. "I know you will make the right choice. There's a case in Red Lodge, Montana. Two dead and cattle mutilations."
Bobby left us standing there muttering something about 'drama queens'.
"What are you feeling?" I ask looking at Sam with raised eyebrows.
"Honestly, there is something about them Dean. It's like we need them." His eyes were full of what could only be described as devotion.
"Okay. Then we continue training them, but there is no better place than on the road. That's where you and I learned. We will leave out tomorrow." I smile and nod my head towards the Taylor and Arianna. "Maybe that will leave you some time to bond, Sammy." He rolls his eyes with a small smile.
"Okay, then. I guess I won't bring up your crush," He mutters turning away.
"What are two going on about?" Taylor interjects with a quirked eyebrow.
Sam's POV
"Nothing important." Dean shrugs grabbing a tumbler before pouring some whiskey in it.
"Like we'd believe that," Arianna scoffed lowly making me chuckle. They did carry some intuition. Taylor seemed more physically attuned and Arianna observed, calculated.
"Good one." Taylor smiles nudging her.
"What Dean meant to say was 'we will be leaving tomorrow'. A case has popped up in Montana."
"Our first case?" They ask in unison.
"Slow down there, this is still training. You two are definitely not ready for a case," Dean says with a shake of his head.
"You're no fun." Taylor frowns and it turns into a yawn.
"Sleepy?" Arianna ask with a small smile. It was almost five in the evening and Taylor had drove majority of the way. Her stubbornness of wanting to drive was catching up to her.
