Chapter 22

Xandra POV

I can't believe na si Risha pala ang girlfriend ni Nathan. Hindi ko naman kasi mahuhulaan yun kasi may boyfriend na si Risha.

I know she bullied me but that's not enough para ijudge agad siya na she's a two timer.

"Nga pala, what are your plans para sa contest next month?" Tanong ni Angeline nasa tabi ko.

"Well, sa totoo lang, wala pa." I said.

"Why? Aren't you excited?" Gulat akong napatingin sa kanya dahil sa sinabi niya.

"What did you just say? Why would I? I don't wanna join that pageant. My teacher just told me to join it because I'm the muse." Mataray kong saad.

"Why? Who picked you to be the muse? Are they tripping on you? Sabihin mo yung totoo dahil babanatan ko talaga sila." Natawa ako ng bahagya. At least may concern siya.

"Well, my adviser is the one who picked me." I said kaya yung kaninang matapang, naging maamo haha.

"Tss, okay lang yan. I know you'll win that stupid pageant. Naniniwala kami sa kakayahan mo, bestfriend AHAHAHA." Sabi niya at tumawa ng tumawa. Crazy woman -_______-

"I'm not sure. Nakita mo ba yung mga makakalaban ko? They're sexy, beautiful and smart." I said.

"Well, how did you say that they're smart?"

"Hmm, tingin ko lang." I said but, I don't really know if they are smart.

"I don't think so. Even if they're smart, I know that you're smarter than them. Hello, you're the top one in your class kaya." She said habang sinusundot yung tagiliran ko.

"Hey! What's your problem? Saka di rin natin masasabi na ako nga ang pinakamatalino. And for your information, Hindi naman sila magtatanong about sa mga subjects. Did you already watch a pageant?" Kunwaring tanong ko.

"Honestly, Hindi pa. Ikaw ang unang papanuorin, at susuportahan ko. Ayoko naman kasi talaga manuod. But, for you, I will be there to watch and support you." She said smiling that's why I smiled back.

"How sweet of you.."

"Anong sweet ka diyan? Lilibre moko pagkatapos. Manalo, matalo, you'll treat me." Sabi niya at inirapan ako.

"Sabi ko na nga ba may kapalit." I said at kinuha yung phone ko para matawagan si Nathaniel.

*riiiiinnnng riiiinnnnngggg*
Pagkatapos ng apat na ring, saka niya sinagot.

"[Hello? Sino to?]" Aba, ang loko kinalimutan ako -____-

"TSS, where are you?" I asked.

"[Who the hell are you to asked me that freaking question?!]" He shouted at me. Just great.

"Nathan, are you drunk?"

"[Sino kaba? Will you just answer my question? Do I know you? And how did you freaking know my name?! Are you one of my stalker?!]"

"Nathan, this is Xandra! Where are you?" I said calmly. Ayaw kong sabayan ang galit niya. I understand his situation.

"Who's that?" Tanong ni Angeline kaya napatingin ako sakanya.

"It's Nathan. He's drunk." I said pero napairap lang siya.

"Tss, because I know how much he loved Risha." She said at tinalikuran ako para manood lang sa kumakanta ngayon sa stage. Napabuntong hininga lang ako.

"Ah, really? You're Xandra? Wala akong kilalang Xandra." He said na nagpatahimik sakin.

"Nate? It's me. Alexandra..." I said.

"[Oh, Alexa!! My best friend! Sorry, I didn't know.]"

"Where are you now?"

"[Oh, I don't know where am I. I don't know what's name of this freaking bar. I'm just fvcking drinking here.]"

"What the heck? You don't know where you are?"

"[Yeah... I don't know what is happening on me. I didn't know that my girlfriend has another  boyfriend hahaha funny right?]"

"How did you know that Risha is cheating on you? May sinabi ba siya na boyfriend niya yung kasama niya? Saka dalawang lalaki ang kasama niya! Baka naman kaibigan niya lang."

Well, ako, I know na boyfriend niya si Lance but I don't want to tell Nate. Gusto kong siya mismo ang makaalam. Pero, paghindi niya malaman sa madaling panahon, ako mismo ang maghahanap ng ibidensya para ipakita kay Nathan na Risha is cheating on him.

"[Alexa, pag may pupuntahan siya with some of her boy na friends, she always telling me. Nagpapaalam siya sakin para hindi ako magselos. Kilala ko lahat ng kaibigan niyang lalaki, Alexa! At yung isang lalaking kasama niya? Nakita nanamin yun sa mall, that bastard asked me why the fuck I'm with his girlfriend. Freaking girlfriend!]"

"Nate, uh.." Omg I'm speechless.

"[Ang mas malala pa, that freaking asshole punched my face. HAHAHA But because I really love Aerisha, even if I'll look stupid, I still accepted her.]"

Di na ako pakapagsalita. I'm just listening to what he's saying. I wanna help him but I don't know where he is. Now, I'll just let him talk then I will ask him.
