“When you once had love,” he begins.
“When you had …” he frowns
“True love…” he swallows.
“And then…” he looks down.
He inhales...
He rubs his face…
He gives himself an embrace…
He clears his throat.
And then looks up.
Slowly…
His face flushed.
His eyes brimming with unshed tears.
“I'm sorry, I can't do this,” he chokes.
He gets up and leaves the table.
