                                              The Return


                          The package appeared on her doorstep. It said it came from China. She didn't know anyone from China. She didn't order anything online from China.

                          Bewildered, she picked up the box and unwrapped it. She found a bunch of cheap hair clips. 

                          It happened again the next day, and the next, and the next. Several times each day. 

                          She was so upset she googled the e-commerce website. The hair clips sales increased considerably. That must've boosted their sales rating online. 

                          Hmm! More research...

                          Return policy: You can return a product for up to 60 days. 

                          Perfect. They asked for it.
