Dear Jake,

I know I haven't written to you in forever, but what I don't know is why and I'm sorry. Sometimes I think of whether you'll ever read these or not and when I'm not thinking of that I think of whether I want you to read them in the first place. I guess I'm afraid you'll be dissapointed in the way I turned out, heaven knows I am. I mean, who wouldn't be? I'm just a failure that nobody wants just like you didn't either...
