As we had arrived on the place where the event was be headed.

Javier opened the backdoor seat for me -- and he offered he's hand infront of me, nakakahiya man pero tinanggap ko pa rin iyon.

And I realized how bored and big he is -- kahit araw araw naman kami nagkikita and I wonder if he really need to used an earpiece.

Ang alam ko kasi para Lang sa may mga mission ang paggamit niyan -- di naman dilikado ang mission namin ngayon tutulong Lang naman kami e! Pero parang mas maingat siya ngayon.

Papalapit palang kami sa venue ay nilapitan na ko ng mga tao lalo na ang mga bata hinihila pa nga skirt ko eh!

I looked at little girl and she about to cry, with her mini bear with her. I took my level on her so we can face each other well.

I hold her tiny hand softly and secure and looked at her eyes watery.

' bakit ? May Problema ba ? ' I asked her softly and concern.

She did not answered me but instead she cover her face with her mini teddy bear and and this time she cry silently her tears rolled down over her tiny cheeks.

' c'mon tell what's wrong ? ' I asked again worriedly.

' si m-mama ' she spluttered.

' bakit ? Anong nangyari ? ' I asked repeated.

Mas lalo Lang siya umiyak and she tried to speak up kahit nahihirapan siya.

' ang mama ko po may sakit nagsusuka ng dugo ' sabi niya na ikinagulat ko naman.

And my heart dropped and stopped beat for a moment -- I don't know what I can do to help her but I really want to help her mama.

I already knew how can miserably become a child's life without a mother without waiting for Javier's consent I asked the kid to lead me where her mom was in.

Hindi na rin ako napansin ni Javier dahil sa damit ng tao dahil sa nagkakagulo din sila ay di na rin nila ako napansin na umalis.

We made a way I don't know how long it takes to walked but I thank we finally arrived -- I suddenly covered my mouth for unexpected things I've just saw in front of me.

An rice sacked used for shield on the suns heat. An 5 months baby I think was crying lying on card made by woods and the news paper wrapped around the baby. And an 3 years old I think who took care of her mom whom who kept on vomiting a blood.

And a child who was lead me her are feel so helpless --  nothing can do for her mama but to cry.

My hand went down on my chest and shaky -- with my blankly thoughts I was just too shocked and hurt seeing this family like this kind of situation. Hindi ko makaya.

I feels my heart squeezed hard and harder.

' pakiusap po tulungan niyo mama ko ' a girl said crying totally broke me.

' wag ka mag-alala may kakilala akong doctor na makakatulong satin so please stop crying ' pagpapagaan ko ng tulong
