**Chapter: Francesca's New Role**

*Francesca P.O.V.*

Waking up at 5:00 am was not my usual routine. Even when I worked at Vespr Coffeebar, I woke up around 7:00 am. But now, I had to get used to it because of a devil I knew from afar.

I checked my closet for some hot but professional working clothes. I found a skirt with a matching patterned blazer and decided to pair it with a purple inner shirt and a purple purse. I chose lighter purple heels to match and styled my hair in a donut bun, leaving some strands loose on either side. I applied light makeup and added a necklace for a finishing touch.

Sipping the coffee I made, I ordered an Uber, which arrived in less than six minutes. I got to Williams Corp and went straight to the secretary.

"Hi! I'm here as Mr. Williams' new PA," I said.

"Yes, Mr. Williams mentioned a Miss Francesca would be coming. My name is Carolina, and it's nice to meet you," she said.

"That's me. Nice to meet you too," I replied.

"I need you to go to the media room to take a picture for your ID. I will personally deliver it to you. After that, you have to meet with Mr. Williams," she said, smiling.

"Okay, I will do that. Thanks a lot," I said.

After taking my picture, I was directed to the devil's lair. Before opening the door, I mentally prepared myself. I knocked and heard a deep voice telling me to come in. As I entered, I was greeted by a beautiful view of Mr. Williams standing by the window, the rays of the sun glowing on his face.

He cleared his throat. "Ummm," and smirking, he asked, "Are you enjoying the view?" Blushing, I responded, "You asked to see me."

He became serious. God, this guy is bipolar, I thought. He walked past me and asked me to follow him. I did, like a lost puppy.

Soon, he stopped at an open office. "This will be your office," he said. I was silently amazed at how cool and wonderful the office was. It was spacious, and the furniture must have cost a fortune.

"I need a cup of coffee," he said, interrupting my thoughts.

"Yes, sir," I replied.

"I love my coffee black with two teaspoons of sugar," he said. My God! He is so arrogant.

"The kitchen is on the 15th floor," he added.

"Umm...do you have a floor reference sheet for me to navigate what each floor is for and how I would reach the kitchen?" I asked.

"Yeah, Carolina will deliver it to you along with your ID. But as for getting my coffee, you will deliver it to me in ten minutes. I'm waiting for you in my office," he said. So arrogant, I muttered quietly.

He turned and asked, "Did you say anything?" I shook my head. As he walked out, he said, "Don't be late. I hate tardiness."
