They continued bickering alarming you that they were there.
"Hey boys what are you doing here?"
They both looked at you shocked, not having noticed that you walked up to them.

Newt and Thomas glared at each other.
"I wanted to ask if you want to be my girlfriend?"
"I was wondering if you want to be my girlfriend?"
They looked at you eagerly wanting to know who you would chose.
