"Right now you're all I need." Those are the words that Emaline said that made Kate tell Emaline to stay over. She said, "my dads not home and the house gets scary at night." When really all she wanted was for Emaline to be next to her all night and for her to be able to talk about what happened at Lukes with her dad. So Emaline stayed,
"Hey em? Can I talk about why I was so upset at school this morning?"
"Sure Katie."
"My dad is-was going out with Lukes mom, but his dad showed up the night our movie was released. Lukes mom kicked us out and now dads all upset because he was finally truly happy and now he feels like it's his fault and he's to blame for this. I can't just let him mope around... I can't watch my dad be upset all the time." Now Kate was crying, hard and it was Emaline's turn to pick up her lovers pieces. Emaline cradled Kate in her arms and told her that everything is going to be okay. She then said, "how about we go upstairs and get ready for bed?" Kate just nodded unable to speak. They got up and walked upstairs and to Kates room, Kate went through her draws to find something for her and Emaline to wear. When she did she threw an oversized t-shirt and shorts to Emaline and they began to undress. They snuck a few stares at each other most times getting caught and they blushing one-time Emaline had to say," eyes are up here sweetie!" Kate immediately turned away and blushed hard. When they finally went to bed kate ended but practically enveloping the smaller girl, holding her as close as she possibly could and Emaline didn't care, she loved the feeling of Kates body right next to hers.
