Patton sneezed.
Virgil heard it. For fun, all day he was crawling around the vents. That's what he did whenever he 'disappeared'. It's what any sane thing would do when bored or sulking or trying to escape Deciet.
So he decided to yell "Bless you" because no one would know it was him.
After hearing that, Roman, who had been next to Patton watching Disney movies, jumped up and shouted "Is that you God?"
Logan just shook his head.
