I awake to a banging on the door. "Thirty more minutes." I groan.

"No," comes Patton's stern voice. "It's 5 pm and is Thanksgiving. Come out for dinner."

"Fine." I groan and roll out of bed, landing on the floor with a bang. I am still in my covers though.

"You okay, kiddo?" I hear him ask.

"Yes, now go away." I say.

I hear him walk away and come out from my warm burrow. I put on my now regular outfit covered in purple then go into the bathroom and put on my makeup. Then I sink out and into Thomas's living room. Everyone but Logan, who's reading a book, is watching Aladdin. I look around and notice that it's actually only Roman and Thomas who are watching the movie, Patton is nowhere to be seen. Then the smell of burning hits me.

I run into the kitchen and see Patton pulling a pumpkin pie out of the oven.

"No, no, no." I hear him groan. "That was the final element."

"Need some help?" I ask, trying to hide a smile.

Patton sighs. "You're the only one other than me semi-decent at desserts."

I nod and roll out some leftover pie crust I had spotted earlier. When it's big enough but not too thin, I place it in the pie pan. I finish just as Patton finishes making some more pie filling. He pours it in then grabs it and puts it in the oven. I leave the room and plop onto a beanbag I had dragged into the living room yesterday. Logan sends me a questioning look, and I just glare at him.

Minutes later Patton enters and plops onto Logan's chair.

"What the heck." I hear Logan exclaim and smirk.

At the end of the the movie we head into the kitchen and we sit down and start to eat. I am completely silent, but nobody else knows how the heck to shut up. the talking grates on my nerves until I loose it.

"Shut up!" I yell and start to chase them all around with a fork. When they're all scared into separate rooms, I smirk and sink into my room.

I flop onto my bed, pull the covers messily over me and slowly fall asleep. What an amazing Thanksgiving.
