AIDEN
He quietly watched her out of the corner of his eye. Her mouth was drawn into a smile that kept widening no matter how hard she tried to keep it down.
No hate, resentment or disgust swam in her eyes.
She seemed to be genuinely happy, and it appeared to be because of him. He could swear without doubt that there was no better feeling than knowing that.
