here from the start

part 22

Austin pointed to me "(y/n)!" he yelled. Everyone in the crowd followed his finger and stared at me. I could feel my face turning bright red. I told them i wanted to blend in with the fans, now i'm sticking out like a sore thumb. I was just looking straight at austin, too scared to make eye contact with girls that would probably attack me. "come over here" austin said waving me towards the stage. I was trying to get out but i was in the middle of the row so this wasn't the easiest thing to do, since no one wanted to move to let me out. I understand though, they're mad that they aren't the ones getting called up to the stage, they probably think its for the U Girl, but i would never let that happen. Some of them worked really really hard to be U Girl, it wouldn't be right for someone that just walked into the concert to get it. I finally made my way up to the stage, "yes austin?" i said sarcastically. "hey, no need for the tude" zach said. "i told you guys, i wanted to fit in, whatever. its over now, what did you need?" i said trying not to make a scene in front of everybody. "can you grab a microphone and walk around the audience because we can't hear anyone" austin asked, pouting his lips. "fine, but you guys owe me for all the death stares and mean comments i'm about to get." i said sticking my tongue out. Robert got me a microphone and i turned to the audience. "okay guys, (y/n) is going to walk around with the mic so we can hear your questions" austin explained to the girls. Immediately after Austin stopped talking, a girl shot her hand up and i walked over to her and handed her the mic. "who is she" the girl asked pointing at me. "she's actually one of you guys, she's been a mahomie since 2011 and just recently moved to miami and we met her one day and now she's one of our best friends," alex said as nicely as possible. "so austin, none of you are dating her?" the girl asked completely ignoring alex. Austin looked around nervously at first, "no. none of us are dating (y/n)" he said. Thank god he didn't say i went out with zach, i think these girls would have ripped my hair out right now. Someone else raised their hand, but i recognized this girl, it was the one i gave the ticket to. I smiled at her and handed her the microphone. "this isn't a question, but i have something to say," she said looking at all the other mahomies, "(y/n) is a really sweet girl, she cares about other mahomies, she really is one of us." "how do you know" someone else yelled from the crowd. "I know because without her, i would have never gotten the chance to meet my idol, or be at sound check right now. I didn't have a meet and greet ticket and (y/n) took her's off of her neck and gave it to me. That's how i know." The girl turned to me and gave me a quick smile before handing back the mic and sitting down. I mouthed thank you and then turned to look for the next hand. This went on for about 15 more minutes and some of the mahomies were warming up to me, i wasn't trying to be different than them, i really did want to blend in. But at the end of the question and answer some girls came up to me and said they were sorry. And this is the reason i chose the mahomie fanbase, no matter how nasty we get, we're always there for eachother and fix our mistakes. Plus, if they can become friends with me, they think they have a better chance with the guys. A few more girls came up to me and asked me for pictures because they have been following me on twitter and showmobile and they recognized me, and i even recognized a few of them. We took pictures and i told them to tweet me them so i could save them to my phone. After i was done talking to them and answering their questions, i headed backstage to austin's dressing room. I heard them talking and i couldn't help but listen. "i really like (y/n), i think i'm going to ask her on a date tonight" austin said. I got butterflies just thinking about going out with austin alone. I walked in a couple of minutes later, so they wouldn't think i heard anything. "Hey guys!" i said smiling. "i'm sorry about some of them out there (y/n)" austin said coming over to me. "oh it's fine! i know how fangirls can get, but don't worry they apologized to me and i met some of my twitter friends too." i said reassuring austin that i was okay. "actually i think one of my really close friends i met on twitter a couple years ago is coming today so i might walk around to try and find her." i added. "okay, have fun and don't forget to come back to watch my performance" austin said winking.

i went and met with a few of my twitter friends that i had met through being in the mahomie fandom and they were all really excited for me that i got to hang out with foolish four. There were 5 of us, but the other 4 were just in miami for the concert and they were going to leave tonight. I stayed with them to watch austin's performance and we all cheered and sang along together. He pulled up a girl to be the U Girl and the crowd went crazy. After austin's performance i decided to go back to where zach, alex and robert were. I invited my friends back with me and they got to meet foolish four and take pictures, then after that it was time for them to leave. We said our goodbyes and i told them i would text them later. After they left austin asked if he could talk to me alone. I followed him to his car and got in the front seat. "i have to ask you a question (y/n)" austin said as he ran his fingers through his hair. Oh my god, this is it, he was going to ask me to go on a date.
