Jaxs POV
"Yeah Yeah...we are family...." River whispered musically down his mic.
"Bloody fuckin hell! Shut him up Ace!" I whisper shouted.
"I can't mate! He's in the car remember!" Ace whispered back.
"River if you don't shut your goddamn trap-" I started.
"I was just trying to ease the tension. You know..just in case you die" Rivers voice hummed through my ear.
"Ah shut up. Have you gotten the back open for Ace and Logan yet?" I asked.
"Just...did...right......now." River said as I heard a dramatic click of a keyboard.
"Okay boys, you in. Go. Remember your mission." I demanded.
"Copy that"
"On it."
"Okay Seth, move out." I whispered to him.
He nodded his head and followed me.
Seth already knows his job.
To watch my back.
If I can't shoot them, he does.
My only job is to stay alive, and get my girl.
Stalking up to an old wooden door, I slowly pushed it open, and held my gun in front of me.
It opened, and showed a trashed living room with beer bottles.
The television was on a re run of an old football game.
Scrunching my eyebrows, I slowly made my way in.
Listening for any sound of movement, I shook my head and headed to the only place he would hide her.
The basement.
I pushed open the metal door to the basement.
Looking down, there was a sad excuse of a stair way.
I slowly made my way down, pointing my gun in every direction.
They are really stupid for not having anyone here.
I made it to the end of the basement and found two hallways.
Left.
Right.
I swallowed the slight lump in my throat and went with my gut.
Walking down the left hallway, it was filled with dust.
The musky smell of old water coming from the walls.
The color of the walls were dried out and peeling.
I reached a metal door to my right.
Squeaking it open after a hard push, I open it to find chains hanging from the room.
No sight of any human.
I shook my head and kept walking down the hallway.
There was a door to my left and one at the end of the hallway.
Choosing the closest one, I open the door to my left.
It squeaked slightly and opened up.
It showed chains hanging from the ceiling, but also had a three cart full of tools used to torture people.
A chill ran down my spine as I caught sight of a leather whip that had dried blood on it.
I swallowed hard as I make my way out of the room.
