Quavo's POV Dj Durel got down from his platform and walked to the others to tell them what was happening, I looked at the others and we started walking out. When we walked out further for the fans to see us they started yelling, screaming, shouting our names and all that, when takeoff didn't come out after a few seconds the crowd started shouting his name over and over and over, then after a few seconds of them doing that I raised my microphone up, took a deep breathe and started talking. "Everybody, we got to talk about something before this shit even pop off." I looked back and gestured for everybody to come to the very edge of the stage because I felt like sitting down to talk to the people for some reason, when we were all sitting at the end of the stage I started talking again. "Um, as y'all know a few months ago we got in a little pickle at a club, and I'm pretty sure y'all want to know what happened," the crowd shouted in approval, "well, that night we planned to go to the club, me, offset, takeoff, and cardi. When we got there it was a weird feeling basically, we felt we should leave cause we basically had a feeling something bad was gone happen, but we didn't so fast forward we were at the balcony to VIP me and takeoff wanted to go get some more drinks, so we walked away when we got to the bar it was like two niggas standing there that we saw was looking at us when we was walking over there, so when we get to the bar the niggas walked up to us like they was getting ready to do something, so we try to walk around but he wouldn't let us so takeoff basically like "what's up with you is you trying to do some" then one of the niggas push him so then I'm like nigga was good getting ready to fight adjusting my rings and all that so then we see Offset walking over and some nigga grab him so me and takeoff run over there to go fight whoever it was but before we could the two niggas grabbed me and takeoff so we over there fighting them, after a few minutes offset come over to us to help us and when we finally get them off some more is already on us again and we ended up getting separated this one guy was on top of me and I was fighting him and he punched me in my eye, he hit me so hard that I popped a vessel in my eye so it started bleeding, so I was basically fighting this guy with one eye open, then offset finally found me and got the guy off me, he saw my eye was bleeding and he was telling me to open it so he could see it but the whole time I was trying to find where takeoff was. So I was looking around with the eye that wasn't bleeding and I saw takeoff fighting this one guy and cardi was coming into the VIP running to him, but before she got to him I saw someone come behind him with a gun so the first thing I did was yell TAKEOFF MOVE then I got up from Offset and started running to him offset was behind me but someone grabbed him and pistol whipped him till he was sleep, so I had to go by myself but I was too late." I was trying not to get emotional considering the fact that there was a whole ass big screen on my face but that didn't work, when I said that the crowd was shocked, some people yelled, I saw a few people crying with me, then I looked over to the others and saw omeretta crying, she had never heard the whole story so this was all new to her, and we never actually talked about what happened so everybody saw something different happen and nobody ever told exactly what they saw. I continued the story "so basically whoever that nigga was shot takeoff in the back of his head, when he did that everybody that was up there started running, so I was trying to get pass everybody to get to him, feeling all type of shit, I didn't know if it actually happened, I was in pain, I was mad, confused all that, when I finally got over there and saw that he was shot in the head, I didn't know what to do, I was trying to see if he was still alive, yelling, crying, trying to see where cardi went, it was a lot of stuff happening that night, after everybody was out the building I finally saw cardi coming back to the section, she ran over to me all bloody, it looked like she was fighting too, turns out she was, she started crying too, then she looked around and asking me where Offset was, me I didn't see him, but then she got up and starting running to something and that was offset, she started shaking him real hard, and he woke up after a few minutes and when he got up he saw me on the ground leaning over takeoff but he didn't know it was him so when he saw him he ran to the front and called the hospital." I finshied what I had to say cause at this point I didn't feel like telling anything else, I was already crying in front of all these people someone could take over. "Cardi you want to tell what happened to you?" I said. She looked over to me and started talking, "Um, well I never told nobody what happened to me, not even these four I just felt like it didn't really matter what happened to me since I wasn't the one that got knocked out or shot in the back of the head so this is goning to be everybody's first time hearing it." She paused then started again, "So basically like quavo said we were at the balcony looking over it and I had to use the bathroom, so I left and went out the VIP to the bathroom. When I got down there I did my buisness, washed my hand, and came out, when I walked out there was this group of like 8 girls right by the door I thought they were waiting for me to get out so I ain't mind them so I walked pass them, but when I walked pass one of them grabbed my hair and tried to swing on me, but I wasn't having that so I turned around and started slapping anyone I saw, I ended up breaking my nails doing that so I just started punching. After a few minutes someone jumped on my back so I ended up falling, so all of them just started jumping me basically, I was blocking as many hits as I could but basically I was getting my ass beat for about 20 minutes until I saw some glass on the floor so I got that and started stabbing the bitches, until I got enough of them off of me to get off the floor, then I ran to the VIP and saw takeoff fighting someone and I was going to try and get them off of him and find the others, how I thought I was going to do that I don't know but I was going to try, then I saw someone pull out a gun, so I ran the other way because I don't like guns and I didn't want to get shot, but then I heard it go off and then someone else grabbed me so I had to start stabbing again because I still had the price of glass in my hand. I stabbed the person a few times and then they started running, when I looked around everyone in the building was running and I didn't know what happened so I ran in the bathroom again. After a few minutes I came out and ran to the VIP to see if takeoff and them were still there, when I got up there I saw quavo hunched over somebody so I walked over there to see what happened and all I saw was him crying, takeoff laying on the ground, and blood coming from his head, quavo was yelling shit while he was crying, I guess he didn't know what to do, I started crying too because I thought he was dead but he started fidgeting a little bit so he was still alive. Then I realized Offset wasn't there so I started looking around and when I saw him I ran over to him and checked his pulse and he was still breathing normal, basically like he was sleeping so I started shaking him real hard until he woke up. He sat up and was remembering what happened basically, so I helped him off the ground, the first thing he saw was quavo laying over takeoff so he went over there and saw what happened and ran to the front and called the hospital." By this time all of us were crying a little bit it was basically taking us back to what happened that day and overall it was a depressing day, most of the crowd was crying to, they was basically feeling what we were... it was crazy. Then offset cut in and said, "And when the ambulance got there, quavo went with takeoff and me and cardi went back to the mansion first to go get retta, second to get all of our clothes and things because we were staying at the hospital until he woke up, at that time we thought he was going to wake up in a few days but unfortunately he didn't, so we basically moved into the hospital, all the doctors know us, right now the couches in there made up as our beds, we stayed off the radar we didn't need nobody knowing nothing until we wanted them to. You feel a lot of crazy things happened that night. Retta you want to tell them a little something?" Offset said as he looked over at her, she looked back and said something making sure it wasn't in the mic. "I think I want to tell them about my pregnancy, I mean it only make sense since you can clearly see my bump I feel like I'm ready to actually tell people." She said. "Are you sure?" Cardi asked looking very serious. Omeretta nodded her head, raised the microphone to her mouth, and started talking. "Hey y'all, so a lot of y'all probably wondering why I'm here, and why I'm important to the story because I ain't really been seen with them. But basically, I've known these people for 14 years Plus, they like brothers to me, everybody on this stage is important to me including takeoff and even more now and I'll explain that." She took a deep breathe, clearly getting emotional. "So basically about six months ago me and takeoff had a conversation and he told me he had feelings for me, now remember we been knowing each other for 14 years he just told me, and I was crushing on him for them 14 years so y'all knowing me I said yes to him I mean how could I say no, it just wouldn't be right. But basically we was on some lovey Dovey shit, we was so happy we were together the nigga even took my virginity, so then about two months later when this happened I started throwing up every morning, nothing I ate would stay down, I was just feeling sick all the time. So the day all this happened I was thinking about all the sicknesses and shit and I thought to myself I'm probably pregnant, and to be honest I was hoping I wasn't because I didn't know if he wanted it and I didn't want to tell anyone because if he did want it and it turned out I wasn't I felt like he would've been mad at me, plus it was a good chance I wasn't because in my family it's common that the women aren't able to produce babies, luckily my mom was the lucky one. So that day I told him I was going to CVS to get some snacks because that day I was hungry and didn't care if I threw it up I just wanted something to eat. So I went to CVS got six different test all different brands, then I got some snacks, I went to self checkout because I didn't need no clerk judging me for having six of them shits. When I got back to the mansion, I saw takeoff coming out of some room so I rushed up the stairs to his rom before he saw the boxes through the bag and I hid the boxes under the sink because I wanted to take them when they left to the club. So it was a few hours before they actually went to the club, so when they left I waited like a hour to take the test, and I was still scared to take them so I went to watch TV and eat my food I got. Then after I was don't I went upstairs got the test from under the sink, read the directions, I peed on that stick, and then I waited. The boxes said wait for 30 minutes but I was scared so I waited for a hour. When I went to check them they were all positive, I couldn't comprehend what I was reading so I stood there for like five minutes looking at it, I was emotional so I was in there crying and all that, then my food stopped agreeing with me and by the end of all that I was in the bathroom crying my eyes out and cleaning throw up off the floor. I ended up crying myself to sleep so next thing that happened was I was hearing yelling in the room, and someone was shaking me, when I opened my eyes cardi and offset were in my room all bloody, broken nails, bloody noses I didn't know what had happened but they were telling me to get up and they were in a panic so I did what they told me to. Cardi and me ran in the closet and were getting all my clothes and she told Offset to go get my things out the bathroom, me and cardi got all the clothes we could get in arm fills and we ran to put them in a suitcase. When we were on our second load Offset ran out the bathroom with all six of my pregnancy test he stood there looking the maddest I ever seen him and he yelled at me and was like "what the fuck retta is you pregnant." I didn't know what to do so I just started crying, cardi walked over to him and took them out his hand and stared at them them finally yelled at me and said "when the fuck was you gone tell somebody." I told them I was going to tell them when they came back but when they came they were mad and all bloody so it wasn't a good time." She wiped her tears off her face and continued "they stared at me for a few seconds then offset said "Man we ain't got time for this shit, we'll figure this out when we get where we going." Then we started getting the rest of the stuff, it was silent the whole time. Then when we got to the hospital I didn't know what we were there for but I just followed, we walked up to a door and the first thing I saw was quavo in the corner walking around crying, he was as bloody as cardi and offset. Then when I actually walked in I saw takeoff in the bed, I instantly started crying cause I was basically seeing my best friend in a hospital bed. They told me what happened, then quavo told all of us that he was in a coma, but he still has brain activity and can hear everything you say, so it was like he was just sleeping not dead not near dead just sleeping. Then we called quavo the corner of the room and started whispering because we didn't want takeoff to find out he having a baby in a coma. So we told him that I was pregnant and the first thing he did was drag me out the room and scheduled an appointment that night damn near 4:00AM to see how far I was in the pregnancy. when the doctor got there me and cardi went together and we found out I was already a month into the pregnancy the doctor told me to come back in two weeks, we told her we were going to be here so just come to the room, then the next appointment she told me I'm pregnant with twins." She stopped talking and started sipping all the tears off her face, cardi took her in her arms and just hugged her, she was honestly brave for telling thousands of people that. Then the whole crowd stood up and started clapping for us. "Dj Durel you can start." I said. He gave me a thumbs up then started the music, the whole gang walked up, that whole night all you heard was everybody rapping takeoff's hooks and verses. It was the best show we ever did.
