ROYALTY HOTEL
JUNIORS' NIGHT

ETHAN'S POV

"Ohhh—- as usual, early si school president. And in all fairness, iba'ng iba yun aura natin ngayon, pres, ah!" Napalingon siya sa entrance nun sinabi yun ng co-officer nila.

He was awed and mesmerized.

A beautiful woman is walking in front of them.

She had a royal blue gown that is almost the same with Cinderella's.

Her long hair was neatly braided on the side.

Amoy pa lang niya, pinupuno na ang buong kwarto sa sobrang bango.

"Hi, Tasha. Finally you're here. We're almost done sa mga finishing touches and few students and faculty will be here soon to start the party. You don't have to do and worry anything. Just the ending speech after the night." he came up to her and was actually waiting for her to notice his get-up for this night.

He was wearing a checkered green suit except that his pants are grey. He also intends to still wear his eyeglasses for vision purposes. Masyadong malabo ang mata niya para tanggalin yun.

He prepared so much for this night that he almost thought he's the most attractive man (at least) of the night.

She looked at him head to toe, then back to his eyes again.

He doesn't know but...

It's a look of disgust?

"U-uh, kay. Thanks" she left and started mingling with other students inside the venue.

What's wrong with her?

Pinag-walang bahala na lamang niya iyon nang bigla nang nagsidamihan yun mga umattend. Dumadami na ang mga dumadalo and he needs to do his part as a student representative.

"Check all the dim lights and speakers, please." he instructed to some of his co-officers.

Lumingon siya sa kung nasaan si Natasha. She was enjoying her night with some people.

Alam niya'ng di mahilig makihalubilo si Tasha sa mga kaklase nila, so it's kinda new for him.

Ibibigay ko na to sakanya. He was thinking. Maybe she's trying to make a place for herself.

He still smiled and tried his best to assist the event without the help of Tasha. Maybe kakausapin na lang niya ito mamaya pag di na masyadong busy.

That's his very extent of helping her...

Because he likes her.

NATALIE'S POV

"Woohhhh!!! Party party!" walang-sawang hataw niya sa sayawan. Di naman kasi niya ineexpect na maeenjoy niya pala ito'ng party ng kumag niya'ng kakambal.

"It's almost the end of the school year and we didn't expect na enjoy ka pala'ng kasama. You're a fun-loving president after all! You should hang out with us some time." sabi ni Angie. Her new-found friend.

"Bakit? Di ba tayo madalas mag-party?" pasimple niya'ng tanong.

"Never! Never at all. We were all intimidated by you. Ano ka, ba?" ani Angie.

She just laughed hard to ease the potential tension on that scene.

"LET'S GO PARTYYY!!!!" mas lalo pa'ng umingay sa venue dahil sa dance music ng DJ.

They really have no idea who they're partying and talking with.

All of them thought na si Natasha talaga siya.

Her head starts spinning. Medyo nahilo na siya sa kakasayaw at kakainom kasama ang mga classmates ni Tasha.

Because of her mischievous ways, she sneaked in some few liquors without anyone noticing.

She's having a fun time with these people na wala na siya'ng balak pa'ng tapusin ang pag a-attend nito'ng party.

After all, it's not that bad.

Maya't maya'y biglang napalitan ng slow romance yun music.

People started to find their partners and danced along with the music.

Ano ba yan, ang baduy.

Maya't maya'y may biglang kumalabit sa braso niya...

"Natasha." sa paglingon niya ay kaharap na niya yun panget na lalaking panay sulyap kani-kanina pa.

She obviously doesn't know this person and he's already getting on her nerves.

After a few moments, he said...

"May I have this dance?"

SHE. WAS. IN. TOTAL. SHOCK.

Wow, ha.

Ang kapal din ng kumag na to, noh? Ang lakas din ng loob eh, ano? Ni di nga niya pinapansin yun mga gwapo na lumalapit sakanya tapos biglang maglalakas-loob ito'ng kaharap niya'ng nerd? The guts!

She rolled her eyes and faced her bottle of juice sa table.

Para naman mahimasmasan siya.
