I hold my breath,
Just to feel the way my body weights down.
How my feet feel on the ground.
How my chest feels tight.

I let go.
Deep breathes
Through my nose
And out of my mouth.

Eyes closed
Focused on the
Rise and Fall
Of my stomach.

Mind slipping away,
Into nothing.
Thinking of nothing.

Focused back
On my breathing.
Letting my mind
Travel to you.

Letting it think
For itself.
Thinking of what
You did.

But not for long.
I bring it back to me
When I focus
On my breathing.

I open my eyes
And I feel more relaxed.
Like I'm slowly getting my
Sunshine state of mind
Back.
