1- Do Not get attached when you meet new people. You do not need to get hurt again.
2- Trust no one. They don't mean what they say.
3- Do Not fall in love with anyone again, especially with the words they speak.
4- Distance yourself from people, they'll leave you soon.
5- Write, but not what you feel, no one will understand.
6- Do Not explain yourself to anyone, it will just cause more shit.
7- Sleep, it's your escape.
8- take your pills 3 times a week like you're supposed to do.
9- Do Not allow anyone past your wall, tell them nothing about your past. They'll pity you and judge you.
