What They Want

It's funny how people
Want somebody like me
But they never want me, you know?

I give them my heart
And they give it back
Because they don't want me.
They want a clone of me,
Somebody else but with the same
Amount of care, consideration
And love that
I hold.

I wish I had someone like you

That's what they always tell me,
Wishing they met a guy or girl
Who treated them like I do
Without realizing they met me?

It's confusing, I know.
But its so fucking annoying.
