Vinyls soothe my soul.
My mind is silent,
My body is calm.
The way the music
Sounds much more raw
Is something that
Helps me collect my thoughts.
Something about
Listen to old records
From the 70's & 80's
Helps me paint and draw
So much more.
Slowly creating a piece,
One day I may sell,
While listening to
The Rolling Stones
Or Ramons,
Maybe even
The Honey Drippers.
It's soothing watching the way
The vinyl spins
As the needle
Hits the track,
And there the music begins.
