"Alpha Hazel," Darcy calls out, stopping Hazel in her tracks. "Alpha Quinton of the Dustfall pack, wants to arrange a meeting with you. He wants to talk about the Rogues and Vargulfs."
"Tell him I don't have time to go to his pack."
"No, he wants to come here."
"Really?" Hazel says surprised. No Alpha -besides Catrina's mate- of another pack has ever stepped foot onto the Dreamlander's land. They always see them as Rogues. No one besides the Dreamlanders themselves, relatives and the Vargulfs had ever set foot onto their land.
"Yeah."
"Alright then, when is he coming?"
"Later today, if that's alright?" Darcy smiles.
"Yeah no problem. Tell me when they arrive, I'll meet them at the entrance," she orders and continues walking down the hall. Hazel is trying to find Catrina, but she has searched everywhere and cannot find her. The last place to check is her room, that she is staying in. Hazel knocks on the door lightly, three times. When she receives no answer, she knocks again louder this time.
"Come in!"
Hazel opens the door and sees Noah sitting on the bed. "Where's Catrina?"
"In the bathroom, she hasn't felt great today. Morning sickness," Noah smiles sadly. "We've been up all night."
"Oh. Do you guys need anything?"
"I think some toast and more tissues," he tells her, standing up. He was a good two foot taller than her.
"Alright, I'll get someone to get that for you," she smiles and goes towards the door. She hears Catrina beginning to empty her guts into the toilet again, and Noah quickly dash into the bathroom.
She's in good hands.
Noahs a great mate. He will always look after her, until the day he dies.
Hazel walks down hall and finds one of the workers, asking them to get some tissues and toast, then they scurry away. Hazel goes to her office and does her work for the next couple of hours.
Alpha, Alpha Quinton has arrived.
Hazel sighs, but mind-links Darcy back telling her she'll be at the gates now. Hazel makes her way down the stairs and out the door. She strolls through the pack village. Their pack was slightly different to the average pack layout, normally packs live in small wooden hunts or brick hunts. Dreamlanders lived in big houses that maybe two or more families lived in.
