Hazel left Noah, Catrina and Edwin knowing she had to go back to the party. Hazel pushes her way through the crowd, finding herself looking for Quinton. Hazel scolds herself and decides to look for Alonzo someone who she had yet to see today. She spots Darcy dancing with some of her friends in the pack.

Suddenly, her father appears in front of Hazel. His facial expression showing concern. "What's wrong?" Hazel asks taking a step closer to her father.

"You have to come quick!" James says grabbing his daughter's hand, pulling her away form the crowd and down the back of one of the buildings.

"Whats happening? Where are we going? Dad?"

Ezra sits against one of the buildings with his head in hands. "Ezra are ok?" Hazel asks rushing over to him, her heels sinking slightly in the grass. She places her hand on his shoulder. Ezra slowly raises his head with a malicious grin. Hazel removes her hand from his shoulder like it was made of fire. Hazel looks up at him with an confused expression. "Ezra?"

He doesn't move and this causes Hazel to stand up. Taking steps backwards she bumps into her father. Turning around, he stands with a lifeless expression. "Dad?" Hazel croaks. She then finds her eyes drifting behind her father. Hazel's blood runs cold. "No," she whispers.

"Well, well, well Im glad to see your scared Hazel," his wicked laugh enters her ears and she closes her eyes. Opening them again, hoping it is a dream. Hays smirks. "It's ok Hazel. You can still join us. What do you say?"

Ezra stands right behind Hazel makings her she doesn't run. Hazel couldn't even comprehend the emotions she feels. "Never."

"That's disappointing. Lock her up!" Hazel's eyes widen. Before they could grab her she darts to the left, running straight into one of Hays' men. The man clutches tightly onto her shoulders. Hazel lets out a scream of frustration. "Calm down little one," Hays grins.

Alonzo?

Hazel?

Hays is here. Down the back of the huts. Gather the army.

Ok, I'm on it. Be careful.

"You can mind link whoever you want, but you won't stop me."

Hazel growls at him, trying to push herself out of this man's grip. Ezra shakes his head. "Ezra what's wrong with you? Why are you doing this?!" Hazel demands.

"Because I hate you! You ruined my pack the moment you stepped foot in it. Quinton would fall to his knees for you! Yet, you wanted to reject him! You didn't have to watch him suffer! Then I realised how weak and pathetic Quinton was. We wouldn't stand a chance against Hays. So I choose the winning team," Ezra laughs.

"What about you?" She snarls at her father.

"I think it's better you don't know."

"Grandad would be so disgusted with you!" Hazel narrows her eyes at him. Wishing him dead. Her dad chuckles. Hazel feels the anger building up inside of her. A gun shot floods into Hazel ears, making her heart stop.

"Looks like the fun has just begun," Hays' evil laugh drifts along the air. With even more anger Hazel transforms into her wolf landing on all four paws. Hazel places her jaws around the leg of the man, who was holding her, swinging him at Hays. Hays ducks just in the nick of time. Hazel's huge brown paws thud along the ground as she makes her way over to the fight that just started. Bodies and wolves fall to the ground as more gun shots echo through the atmosphere. Hazel pounces at one of the men with a gun, knocking him to the ground. The gun goes flying across the ground. Hazel sinks her teeth into the vargulf's neck, killing him instantly.

Hazel continues to kill vargulfs, until she makes eye contact with Quinton. His eyes are full of panic and concern. Anger and disappointment.

Hazel?

Yeah?

They have also attacked my pack. There killing everyone with the sliver bullets.

Quinton watch out!

A wolf attacks Quinton sending him tumbling to the ground. They wrestle each other, until Quinton bites down sinking his sharp teeth into its neck. Quinton has a huge gash down the side of his neck from the rogue. Hazel runs over to him.

Follow me inside.

Hazel runs in the direction of the pack house. The house is eerie and empty. She rushes into her room, transforming back into her human form. She grabs some clothes and throws them on. Rushing down the stairs Hazel sees Quinton standing in his human form also. He wore a shirt and jeans. "We won't win this."

"Hazel we have to!"

"We don't have sliver bullets! Our army are dropping like flies!" Hazel screams in frustration with hands move angerly. "We are so unprepared! All we needed was the bullets and we would've won!"

"Forget that we need a plan B!" Quinton shouts back taking a step forward.

"I found out who the mole rats are..." Hazel trails off looking at the ground.

"Mole rats? There's more than one?" Quinton asks. Hazel stays silent and he places his hand on either sides of her arms, just below her shoulders. "Hazel tell me."

"It's my dad... and Ezra," Hazel hangs her head low holding tears back. She buries her face in her hands, leaning her head on his chest. Quinton can't form any words. He is in complete shock.

"Ezra..." He mumbles.

"I'm so sorry Quinton."

A loud crash rings throughout the house. Hazel heads whips up banging her head of Quinton's chin. They both wince and step away from each other, listening. They can hear footsteps walking towards them. It's sounded like a couple of people. They both get into fighting stances. Ezra comes round the corner, holding a gun tight in his grip. Many more men trailing behind him.

Quinton's eyes darken as he looks at someone he called his best friend. "Oh, so this is where the alphas are hiding," he laughs. "I always knew you were cowards."

Hazel releases a low growl. Taking a threatening step forward, Ezra points the gun at her. "Ezra..." Quinton warns in a low tone.

"Your not in charge of me anymore," he moves the gun to Quinton.

"This isn't necessary!" Quinton takes a deadly step closer. "Please Ezra..."

"Don't worry it won't be if you listen to me and corporate."
