Betty woke up in a familiar bed, her bed, in her dorm room bed.

She heard faint whispers around me as she slowly opened my eyes. Beside her was a highly concerned Jughead, Veronica and....

KEVIN!!

'Betty' Jughead said softly, yet anxiously, as her eyes shot open.

'Wh-wH-What happened' I struggled.

'One minute we were sat down, the next you blacked out, so I carried you here' Jughead whispered, 'I called Veronica and.. erm.. Kevin' 

'Oh' I said in confusion.

'We think you blacked out from the stress' Veronica added 'and considering the stress was around the Kevin situation, we called him up and told him to get his arse down here' 

Kevin stared at Betty with a look of sorrow in his eyes.

'Im sorry, Betty, I really am, I was just so so upset about the whole situation that it took over me, you are my best friend, you always will be, I'm still mad, really mad, but I know you didn't mean for this to happen and I guess in time I will be able to forget about this, but I want you to know that you put us all through a lot and it may take me some time to get really close with you again, but, I'll get there.' He said, and he genuinely meant it.

'I understand Kevin, completely and thank you for giving me another chance, it means so much to me. And this time, I will not fuck it up. I promise.

'okay, so Betty, I know you passed out earlier and everything, but I think its time you talked to Archie, not right this minute, or even today, but soon, he needs to know he is the reason for your pain, and he doesn't deserve you, because his deluded ass thinks you are still dating, even though I know for a fact you ended it with him' Veronica half laughed.

' I know V, I know and I will, just not today, tomorrow, for sure' Betty sighed.

'okay Betty, do what you need to do' Jughead smiled.

Jugheads smile made Betty feel so warm inside, so loved. She felt like finally things were going right, her two best friends were back, she had a boy who would treat her right and Archie would soon be gone out of her life.

But as always, there was that small voice in the back of her damaged mind, telling her soon they would all leave, just as Archie did and that Betty was nothing but a toy.

And no matter how hard she tried to ignore them, they were getting louder and louder.

And Betty was becoming surer and surer, that voices in her mind..

Were telling the truth.

Because truly, Betty was a very damaged girl, she deserved happiness, but she needed help to get that, she needed someone to prove that they can treat her right, before the voices in her mind take over.

Like they once did.

Like when she jumped from the bridge.

She needed to be saved, so she would not do it again.
