Preparations
It was the day before my dinner date with Jason, I was so excited! Today is one of the last days I would be able to spend time with him before I was too busy preparing for my 2nd debut. Because I wasn’t going to be heel anymore, I had to get an attire change, entrance change, and even a slight tweak in my moveset, but it was worth it! Sandra said she wanted me to come up with my own design, and I was excited and terrified at the same time! I wanted my attire to correspond with my gimmick, but I don’t even know what it was going to be! They told my theme song would be Get Some, by Tenelle Luafalemana, she's big within the Polynesian communities and I see why! The song is absolutely adorable. (link available) Listening to the song stopped me from stressing out over everything. I took a deep breath, trying to calm myself down. 'Everything will turn out to be fine!' I thought to myself. I’m a Johnson! Even better than that I am an Anoa’i/Maivia, I can do anything, regardless of what my gimmick is I will most likely be successful! My cousin, Rosey, had a superhero gimmick and he saw gold! I’m not worried about what I can bring to the table, I have complete faith in my abilities, call me conceited but I know I will go far.
Enough of my abilities, I still need to wait it out in NXT until Elimination Chamber, then I’m off. I pulled into the parking lot of the performance center. I won’t see this site for a long time. I sighed, I was actually going to miss this place. I got out of my car, got my duffel bag and made my way inside. Only to be stopped by someone I really didn’t want to see.
“Heard you’re moving up in life! Congrats!” CJ exclaimed.
“Thanks CJ, but I really don’t need your congrats.” I snapped.
“Ouch, no need for the attitude.”
“It seems like I only get an attitude around certain individuals. Now excuse me, I need to go inside.” I walked around CJ and made my way to the door.
“Bianca, we had something special.”
“Guess what the keyword in that sentence was? HAD!” I yelled.
“No need to yell.”
“And there is no need for you to be having a conversation with me right now, you said your congrats, thats all you needed to do. I have nothing to say to you CJ.”
“Bianca, I'll seriously miss you when you're gone.”
I sighed. “I’ll miss it too. The whole experience, but now I’m going to be on the road, living my dream, following in my dad’s footsteps-- away from you.” The last line I said with a smile and strutted my way into the performance center. Walking away from someone typically isn’t my style, but I am in an incredible moood, and I didn’t need the likes of CJ to ruin that.
I made my way into the building and looked around for Jason, but I didn’t see any sign of him. I dd see someone though, and that was Corey. I noticed that he spotted me as well, but he didn’t say anything. I sighed, ‘I know this is for the best though.’ I thought. I then proceeded to the locker room to be greeted by Paige. “So you got your wish. You are headed to the main roster!” Paige said sarcastically.
“Yes, Paige. Very good observation Paige! Do you want a crumpet now?” I said imitating her accent.
“Shove it, Bianca.” Paige said aggressively.
“With your accent it makes you sound almost intimidating.” I retorted.
“I am intimidating.” Paige said seriously.
“No, you’re really not.” I said intimidating her accent.
“What the hell! What happened to you?” she yelled.
